Hi,
I cannot seem to find your original ticket where you were receiving assistance on this, could you please send me a link to the ticket in question.
Also I am unable to make changes via Appearance > Editor due to an error therefore please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials so I can look into this further.
Did you install any plugins recently or make any other changes? If you did please disable the plugins and/or revert the changes, clear all of your caches, see if the issue persists. If it does not then the issue is being caused by either the plugin or code that was disabled.

This sounds like it might be a caching issue. Please disable your caching temporarily, clear your front-end cache, and test with a few other updates to see if the issue persists.
If the issue does persist with caching disabled then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials so I can look into this for you.

Thanks for contacting us about bulk message delete. This issue was addressed in a previous update of SweetDate. Please ensure you’re running the latest version of SweetDate (3.2.2), WordPress and BuddyPress, completely purge all caches and try again.
If the issue persists please try switching from the SweetDate Child theme to the SweetDate parent theme and see if the issue persists. If it does then there is an issue with one of the templates you have overridden and you will need to make a backup of the Child theme and remove the files one by one until you find the cause.
If after the above tests you still have the issue then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials so I can look into this for you.

It looks like there is conflict from another plugin. Did you recently install a new plugin or activate a Facebook feature of another plugin? Try updating all plugins and theme to see if the issue persists. If it does then please try disabling all plugins except for BuddyPress and enable one by one, checking each time to see if the issue returns.
Have you overridden any templates from SweetDate in the SweetDate Child theme? If so please try switching to the parent theme to see if the issue goes away. If it does go away then you can switch back to the SweetDate Child theme, make a backup, and remove the modified files one by one until you find the file(s) causing the issue. You will then need to copy over the latest version of the file from the SweetDate parent theme and make your desired changes again.
It is calling FB.init() before FB.login() and this issue does not appear in the SweetDate demo or any of my test sites.

Please do the following
– Go to ThemeForest and download ‘All Files & Documentation’ for KLEO
– Extract the downloaded files
– Navigate to Main Files Demo Content Go Pricing tables to find the available demo content
– Go to WP Admin > Go Pricing > Import & Export and click the blue button titled ‘Select File’. In the file picker select your desired demo content and upload.Your demo content will now be imported directly into Go Pricing.

I logged into your site and found that you were using the maintenance mode for all users but admin via WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Heading: ‘Miscellaneous’ > Option: ‘Maintenance Enabled’.
I have disabled this for you and non admins will now be able to see your site.

For some reason now, when I try to click on the ‘log out’ or ‘profile’ buttons, they no longer work. Is there a way to fix this?
Please try removing the CSS I provided to you earlier, clear all of your caches and see if the issue persists or not. If it does not then please let me know and I will look into providing different CSS to address your earlier questions. If it does then there has been a change away from this ticket that has effected this area. You will need to try disabling any caching, plugins etc until you find the issue.
For now though, is there a way to remove this or use the space for something else, like an image or copy?
You can edit the page with Elementor and hover over the red bar (as described above) and simply remove the item until such time that you wish to use it again. You can also drag any item to it’s place from the elements bar on the left that you wish to appear in it’s place in the meantime.
When it comes to user registration (like creating a new profile), is there a way to customize registration options so that this can organize different communities of people?
I think you may be referring to what is called BuddyPress Member Types which allows you to create groups of members, for example Teachers and Students – or in your case, Male / Female / Straight / Gay etc.
We are beginning to look into the registration setup now but I think it would be helpful to see some examples just so I can reference if I need to.

is any possibility to move the navigation bar so that it is set up to show on computers with the logo on the left, the links on the right and the login/register on the far right as well?

You cannot navigate to these files via the address bar in the browser. To copy, move or edit the file you should connect over SFTP / FTP or via your hosts file browser.
If you know your SFTP / FTP details you can download filezilla to connect to your website and copy / move the files described above.
If you do not know your SFTP / FTP details or you do not know if your host has an online file browser you will need to contact your host directly.

You can override the default colors set via theme options with the below CSS

That code is designed to be used in templates (developers and site admins) and plugins (developers). Depending how well the plugin you’re using is coded it may have hooks for you to add code like this but I couldn’t comment on whether that is the case or not for your specific plugin.
The best course of action would be to contact the plugin developer(s) directly and discuss your needs / reasons for using the code and they should be able to advise you directly on how best to use any third party code with their plugin.

Thank you for clarifying for me. The online indicator is an on or off feature only and cannot be conditionally set via an option. You can enable or disable the feature for all by going to WP Admin > SweetDate > BuddyPress > Option: ‘Online status’.

Thanks for contacting us about the issues you’re having with custom code. Please try removing the code completely from your functions.php file and test the interactions again. Make sure to test with a user that should not receive the message content (AKA: any user that has a level that restricts the message functionality).
As per the secondary question. It will not be possible without significant new code to add a preview of the first part of a message. If you wished to achieve this you would either need to code this yourself, reach out to a third party developer or contact our own development team by emailing dev@seventhqueen.com

Glad that works for you 🙂 You can hide the activity timestamp with the below CSS. You can add this to your KLEO Child theme’s style.css via WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > KLEO Child > Style.css

Make sure to clear any website cache and your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see the changes.
