    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out about the configuration of some SweetDate features.

    To disable the ajax search in the main menu please go to WP Admin > SweetDate > Layout Settings > Option: ‘Ajax Search in menu’ toggled to off.

    To edit your profile search please go to WP Admin > Users > Profile Search and select the search form you’re using for the horizontal section, by default this is named ‘Members Horizontal’, but you may have a different name if you set this up manually. Once opened you can edit, add to or remove whichever options you wish.

    Hi Kevin,

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with KLEO buttons. Can I check, is this a custom KLEO button? If so try adding padding of around 20px to the button.

    Hi Richard,

    You can use the below CSS in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css or in Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Quick CSS’

    }

    You may need to purge your website cache, any CDN and your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see the changes.

    Hi,

    Sorry those did not work for you. Can you try adding the below config line to wp-config.php file

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

    It could be that you do not have enough memory allocated. Though, I would expect something relevant in the error log, of which there doesn’t appear to be. But it is worth a try.

    If you’re not comfortable doing this then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with SFTP / FTP credentials so I can log in for you and make the change.

    Hi,

    This is simply an echo of the current year date(‘Y’), the server has a clock and the information is read from there. So if it is 12:01 AM 1st January 2019 on the server time it will print 2019, similarly if it is 11:59 PM 31st December 2018 it will print 2018.

    Hi,

    This is likely to be either a PHP version issue or a plugin conflict.

    Please check your PHP version and change to 7.0 or 7.1 if below version 7. If you do not know how to do this you should open a ticket with your host and ask for instruction. Some hosts will not let you adjust this yourself therefore you will need to ask your to do this for you. Once you have changed PHP version please try again.

    If this does not work then please disable all plugins that did not come bundled with SweetDate, ensure all others are up to date and try again. If this yields no results try again with any website caching disabled.

    If the two above steps do not work then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials for your site so I can take a look. Also, attach in a .txt your error logs, if you do not know how to get these please contact your host who will be able to provide them.

    Hi,

    You can override any CSS that you wish to be different from the settings in Styling Options and/or Elementor.

    With regards to your registration form color, please try the below CSS in your SweetDate Child theme’s style.css – adjust the color values to suit your requirements. Make sure to purge your website cache, CDN and front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see changes.

    Labels
    .form-search label {color: #010101;}

    Let me know which elements you need to change so I can you the appropriate CSS. Also, please update this ticket in private reply, with admin credentials if you need me to login and check anything out for you.

    You’re using SweetDate version 3.2.1 so you do not need to use the deprecated home page section of the theme options. Please use Elementor to customize your homepage.

    Hi,

    SweetDate has a login button, which is enabled on your site, in the main menu area. If your users are getting to the WordPress login via the admin bar that is in use on your site you can disable it. To disable it go to WP Admin > SweetDate > Miscellaneous > Option: ‘Admin toolbar’ toggle to off.

    Also, go to WP Admin > Settings > BuddyPress > Tab: ‘Options’ and uncheck the first option for ‘Toolbar’.

    I have attached screenshot of these areas for you.

    The BuddyPress profile header is the area on an individual users profile that exists between the menu, breadcrumb and main body – it holds the user avatar, info tabs and latest update (see screenshot).

    Hi,

    Please can you try clearing and disabling your website cache, then disabling all plugins. Completely purge your mobile/tablet browser cache (except for form data and passwords) to see if the issue persists.

    If it does not please enable the plugins one by one, clearing your browser cache each time, until you find the conflict.

    Hi,

    Your users can reset their passwords via the front-end using our login shortcode or via the login modal. The action itself is completed at the WordPress level and as such they will always be redirected to wp-login.php page.

    You can however use a plugin to make this look a lot more like your site, you may wish to try Login Designer by Rich Tabor https://wordpress.org/plugins/login-designer/.

    Hi,

    It looks like you’re globally using the deprecated setting ‘Transparent Main Menu’ from WP Admin > Theme Options > Header Options. This setting is deprecated and will soon be removed from the theme because of this very reason.

    You should disable this option globally and enable on per page basis where you wish to have this effect. If you wish to enable this on a per page basis, open your desired page, scroll past the post editor to ‘Theme General Settings’, select the ‘Display Settings’ tab and scroll to the bottom of that tab – check the option for ‘Transparent Header’ and then select white or black text from the drop down below.

    Hi,

    That is because of the way they were imported, a user is not shown on the front-end via BuddyPress until they have successfully logged in. Usually demo content plugins take care of this when they create fake users, I am not sure if there is a method available to you to bulk login so many users.

    You can check what I am saying is correct or not by installing the plugin User Switching by John Blackbourn in WP Admin > Plugins > Add New. Switch to a user that does not appear on the front-end via WP Admin > Users, reload the home page after switching accounts and then switch back to your admin account. You’ll now see the user is shown on the front-end and that the count has changed.

    Hi,

    I logged into your site and checked WP Admin > Users and found that the forum role tool did indeed work, all 2,034 subscribers now also have the role of participant (see screenshot).

    With regards to exporting and importing users, I would export your email contacts as a CSV and then use a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/ to import / create them in WordPress.
