Hello there is no plugin that imports real people profiles and we cant share the members of demo site because they are real people
For video chat check cometchat or arrowchat 🙂
For the memberships once you have your chat installed , depending on the plugin , you can hide or show it with php and css depending on the current level of the logged in member , but you will need the help of a developer to do this.

For the login, have you tried deactivating some plugins and testing again? Or you cant access the admin dashboard?

Hello, at Pages you will see Home Register, that is the register landing page demo, for buddypress, you cant edit that page, as its created dynamically with php, so you need to edit the php file with the help of a developer
The file is kleo/buddypress/members/register.php
But edit it at the child theme ( copy the folder names and paste the file inside )

For the menu, try moving it using

If you are not using buddypress, which one?
Buddypress is the one that has that search, profile fields and members directory
To do the same but without buddypress you need to fin another plugin that does that

Hello, as you cant access admin dashboard, try the following:
Go to your hosting file manager or FTP, find wp-content/plugins
rename the folders:
geodirectory to -> geodirectory1
and
geodir_buddypress to -> geodir_buddypress1

Then reload your wp-admin, if it lets you access, rename geodirectory1 back to geodirectory
If it still works then the issue its geodir_buddypress, so the best would be to contact the author of the plugin about that as its not related to the theme
