Hello, that is very weird… another option could be https://wordpress.org/plugins/rating-widget/ its compatible with buddypress, so you only need to disable all the other buttons and let buddypress activity activated

Hello, what do you mean by specific page? The members loop is the members directory
The page id wont be its name but the page number, check at google dev tools and you should see it at the very top
or use .page-id-XXX ( xxx is the page id, you can see the page it by editing it and checking the browser url )

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

Hello, rtmedia is for profiles, to add media to your site it depends if you are going to use it for your blog, page or for another plugin. Hello, this could work for groups -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-edit-group-slug/ but i do not suggest it as it could create issues with links.

For forums its not allowed, you would need to edit the database, which is not an option also
The solution would be to create a new group/forum

Hello,i think the best is css, as you said. That would be easier 🙂
About the load of css, that is usually related to cache, as the page didnt clear cache yet or didnt load new changes, then you dont see the changes. So i would suggest to turn page cache off or clear cache after all changes
