Hello, envato handles the refunds, please contact them if you want a refund, but refunds are made if the theme is not working, and payments are related to paid memberships pro if its subscription and woocommerce if its a sho
The theme did not create woocommerce or pmpro. Issues relate to third party plugins are not a reason for refund as our theme did not create those plugins and they are FREE plugins that you can find at wordpress repository, they are included because they are usually used with kleo and works fine with kleo. If for example woocommerce has a bug is not a KLEO issue, is something that should be resolved by the team that created woocommerce 🙂

If this is useless please follow these steps to enable wp debug:

•  Connect to your server by FTP
• Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
• Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

Hello, we know many customers that use hostgator without problems, i personally use it too with KLEO.
So this is a hosting issue, your hosting package might be not enough for your website. KLEO works fine with the baby plan of hostgator.
Anther thing could be the amount of plugins used at your website that could be using too many server resources

Hello, you ma need to edit the page to match your needs, the shortcode replacement seems a good idea.
PMPRO pages are just some pages with shortcodes so you can use the home register as home and as checkout or levels page at pmpro page settings

Hello, well, KLEO does use plugins to restrict the page, Paid Memberships Pro is the plugin required for that, but there are also other ones that work too 🙂

Hello, if its mixed form, copy the file home-register-form.php found at wp-content/themes/sweetdate/page-parts/home-register-form.php

And paste it at the child theme, st wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/page-parts (create the folder)
And edit the file, find the words and change them 🙂
