After you had done what i had said above ?

So the procedure it’s working with exception that you had leaved only this one icon, you should check beside the rest the additional that you need.

So re-do again the procedure but not delete all of the old icons cuz they are using in other parts of the theme, i recommend you to add the icons that you need beside the exiting ones.

So you had done that with a single thing exception you had removed all of those and you had checked only the snapchat, so when you upload the json file there, leave the initial checked icons, and check your additionally desired ones. Then do the same and most important re-save theme options because transients need to be refreshed in DB

Hi,

IT shouldn’t crash but if you don’t have technical skills to do this please hire a developer to can maintain your website updates and debugging procedures. Or you can try to make full website backup
+ DB from cpanel and in any case if something went wrong revert.

So just enabling other theme and testing 1-2 minutes the behaviour comparative with the sw behaviour and then activate back the sw theme should not affect nothing.

YEs i fully understand wanted to see the maps with the error and to check in admin something settings for the plugin.

At this moment visiting your provided link https://www.walkingthewesthighlandway.co.uk/routes/west-highland-way-section-6-bridge-orchy-kings-house/ there are trow some js error without seeing the map frmo that plugin. So at this moment plugin script it’s not initialized and map not shown right ?

Let me know the admin credentials to test personally the behaviour, on my local end i cannot see the plugin dashboard says no allowed…

Right now we are writing also to the rtMedia developer to inform about the issue.

Not sure what to advice to workaround the issue, you can try to use a previous version of rtMedia ? it may be a possibility

So from now depends by the rtMedia team to solve that. try to use an older version for the website launch.

Fixed, it should be ok now, update… it, delete it again, and install it, it was a problem on the update server.

Check please under wp-admin -> plugins, you should be able to deactivate and delete from there.

Then you will have to install it from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins

The issue occurs also on default wp theme it may be a issue related to the rtmedia i think (yes just i’ve tested)

Hi,

To make sure you are running latest Visual composer available in theme, go to wp-admin -> plugins, de-activate and delete the visual composer, then go to wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins -> install it again, also update updated plugins that have update notification.

Doing this will pull latest available version, instead of updating we delete and install it again the new one

Please let me know for the points 1 and 2 if you disable the child theme and empty all caches you still have that issue.
-Make sure to have all updated WP+THEME+PLUGINS
I had looked at the code and the sentences are trough translatable functions belongs to the kleo_frameowrk, can you try to re-sync the translation file, check if those appears after sync or if they ask again for translation.

Noticed that i don’t have that message on my local install, did you had used a plugin to add the check there ? IF yes you should translate the plugin.

3. Maybe by editing the template file by copying this file : wp-content/themes/sweetdate/buddypress/members/activate.php into child here : wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/buddypress/members/activate.php

You can add a link directly or paste a function like this one : site_url(‘/welcome/’);

4. Can you test please if if you will enable default wp theme twenty seventeen ? you encounter the same ? cuz o cannot find the strings in the theme files.

It seems to be found only on pmpro files. Check also points 1 and 2, they may be related.

The cropping it’s maden by the aq resized from what i know but using that snippet it should serve the initial photos without processing them, you can try to disable Crop instead of resize options or and Enable Custom Image sizes to test the plugin.

Tried right now to reproduce the issue on my local end to can debug further but from some reason i receive this

What php version are you running ? I’m on v7.1.8

Looking again to your website at console

There are 500 error for admin-ajax.php and next another js error, looking in page source code, ic annot see the OS OpenSpace Maps plugin activated…

For the internal server error you will have to enable wp debug to can see what’s exactly the cause…

Steps to enable wp debug:

•  Connect to your server by FTP
• Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
• Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.

After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.

Just i had tested and on my environment it works as it should without doiing something special

KLEO breadcrumbs follows the URL structure.

IF you had used any plugin or snippet codes that alter the breadcrumbs ur url structure it may interfere with that, if you had added snippet or plugin try to switch them off , resave permalinks and check again.

Also try to switch off all plugins except Visual Composer and K-elements then resave permalinks from wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks

Make sure you have all things updated: WP,THEME,PLUGINS.

This should switch off the aq resize mechanism, paste the next code into child theme functions.php

Saw that, can you check please to activate parent theme instead the child and then to test to see the behaviour ?

There it should be enabled on focus at textarea but it remains the same with no js error.

Are you running something like mod_pagespeed or any other cache/speed related module ? if yes set them off for testing

Figured out, the issue happens because a JS error occurs in page

Check in the plugin dashboard panel, or ask the plugin dev if they have a an option/code snippet to stop loading js in non-plugin pages.

Open the : wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/plugin-vc/config.php file look at line 4

amd comment the line , see next screenshot

This will stop mailchimp element to be shown in visual composer, this will not affecting the shortcode itself.

Do this as a workaround.
