The problem with the group avatars is because the avatars are to small and the photo is cropped ?

If yes, unzip & upload this file in this directory wp-content/plugins/k-elements/shortcodes/templates/buddypress/

Hi,

It seems that you have installed and running another plugin that uses a outdated redux framework.

I suggest you to disable plugins that not comes once with theme.

If you ware unable to login to wp-admin dashboard, you can disable plugin bi connecting via FTP in this path wp-content/plugins/ , and just rename by prefixing folder names.
