If you have plugins that not come with the kleo theme, disable them an try again.

If problem not dissapear, try to update you theme to 2.3.1.

Try to reset permalinks, by navigating to Aadmin -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Select Again your preffered URL structure then SAVE.

Your problem is caused by cometchat function that gets the avatar.

Kleo modifies the default buddypress avatar function and cometchat should the default buddypress function.

You can do it with visual composer, add new element, select Post Grid -> Build Query , select your taxonomy and your preffered layout and thats all.
