ModeratorI just installed an older version of revslider for you which seems to be working. But check those error logs (as your hosting company for help) so we can figure this out.

ModeratorAs you can see, VC is centering the text (shortcode) but the map shortcode is overriding it. I change the columns structure from a single column to a 3 column layout and move the map to the center column. Magic! 🙂

ModeratorAhhh, I see. I was confused because the css says its using the correct font and I didnt even think to look on the interwebs to see how it should look.
In any case, it seems to be isolated to any of the “standard fonts”. I have abe looking into this now. Will let you know when its sorted.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionsharmstr
ModeratorHey Alex,
To explain how this works, the style specific theme options are saved to a file called dynamic.css. So, if your site is taking 5-10 mins to show the changes one of two things can be happening.
1 – Most likely a caching issue. I know you say that you dont have caching enabled, but that doesnt mean your hosting company doesnt.
2 – It could be that your server is taking a long time to write the css file. I doubt this is the problem.
FTP to your sever and note the date/time stamp on the dynamic.css file located at /wp-content/custom_styles/. Save your theme options, then refresh the /wp-content/custom_styles/ view until the date/timestamp changes. This will tell you how long its taking to write the file.

ModeratorThe space between the title and the excerpt is controlled by the css I gave you. Change 95px to something smaller.
The space between the excerpt and the read more button cant be reduce using css because there is actually paragraph tags there.

ModeratorIf I remember correctly you have a CDN in place right? Did you purge that after upgrading? Did you update all the required plugins as well?
In any case, wait for 3.9.1 which will be out shortly. The devs will be posting the change log here: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/kleo-updates-change-log

ModeratorDid you update K-elements to 4.0? That’s where the shortcodes are. And yes, the offset parameters are in there. Make sure you update all required plugins by going to WP Admin > appearance > install plugins.

ModeratorNot a Sir 🙂
Enabling and disabling themes is done in WP Admin > Appearance > Themes
If I go to your home page the images look the same before applying the filter and after applying the filter. I’m guessing this is due to the fact that I disabled the “disable responsive images” plugin from before (perhaps you missed the part where I told you that).
If I’m missing something, please be more specific about the issue you’re seeing. See attached screenshot of before filter and after filter.

ModeratorUnfortunately you cant have disable visual editor when writing enabled in your profile. I’ve turned that off so you should be able to save now. Its a bug with the Redux framework plugin that Kleo (and many other themes) use for the Theme Options section.

ModeratorPlease understand that when you disable Kleo and enable the WP 2016 theme and you still have an images issue, that means that Kleo’s code is not causing the issue. That means that there is either something wrong with your hosting setup or perhaps something with in WP. I’m not trying to blow you off, but I cant control what happens on your hosting server nor can I debug WP code.
So, to get past the “its your theme problem” that your hosting is telling you, enable the WP 2016 Theme and have them look at it. There are two places where this was an issue. 1 – on the post itself (front end) and 2 – when editing the post in the featured image metabox.
With all of that said, I just went back to your site, disabled the “disable responsive images” plugin and your images are loading fine and they are responsive on mobile devices.
