If you want to remove the whole bar, you can do that in Theme Options > Misc. I thought you just wanted to remove the logo and login stuff.

Uninstall Visual Composer then resinstall using the js_composer.zip file located in the download from theme forest. Once that’s enabled, disable any and all extra plugins that haven not be verified by Kleo (that side bar ad is one). Once you’ve done that, try to FTP again.

That’s Visual Composer code. Go into Settings > Visual Composer and enable it for Pages. When you go back to the page, you’ll see a button to launch VCs backend editor which will display the gui for VC instead of all that code.

There’s so much jacked up with your site. Your css is hosed, the site is throwing errors. Looks like you’re running Buddypress 2.2 and Kleo 2.3.1 which absolutely dont work together.

Please upgrade everything to a known good configuration.

WP 4.1
BP 2.2
Kleo 2.4
K-Elements 2.4 (is that even running?)
VC 4.4.2

Once you’re at a known good configuration, we can rule out any compatibility issue with those plugins and start to figure out what’s going on. Based on what I’m seeing I bet its a plugin conflict.

It would take some custom coding to get exactly what you want. Or you can use a plugin http://themekraft.com/store/woocommerce-buddypress-integration-wordpress-plugin/ Or you can disable it in theme options and code it yourself. Under the media tab in Theme General Settings, you had a slider image with no image assigned. That produced an empty slide, hence the carousel div. Removing the slide fixed the issue.

For woo commerce, I split the my account into several sections that fell inline with the bp profile. As you see, There’s a new Order tab that will show order history. Account information (name, email, address) is under the Settings tab since that’s where BP normally has account information.

That’s not exactly true. If you copy over a Kleo function to your child theme and that function happens to be updated, you’ll be running old Kleo code. You need to verify that any functions in your child theme were not updated in the parent theme manually.

As far as your issues with VC are concerned, there are VC addons that dont work with the latest version of VC. Disable all your plugins except those that come with Kleo and see if the problem persists.

The issue with having it built into Kleo is that everyone site is different and there are multiple ways to configure Kleo that it would be extremely difficult to write a canned tour that would work for everyone.

In order for an image to show up in grid view, the post type has to be standard or image AND you either need to set a featured image or have Get Featured Image From Content turned on in Theme Options > Blog.

Its there. Its a new plugin. Just not listed. I just updated a site that was still on 2.3.1 and it didnt auto install. If this happens to you, you can install it from kleo/lib/inc/buddypress-cover-photo.zip. Once installed enable it and chose your settings in theme options / buddypress.
