Try a plugin to set limitations for the profile fields or character count

Please make sure you have the child theme active… I really can’t tell what you are doing wrong. It is not that hard to change those codes if you have really basic PHP knowledge

You don’t need any license to any plugins since they come with the theme if you are talking about Revslider or Visual Composer

Hi you have done something wrong. You theme is named KleoMarch2014. That should be the backup theme. Download it to your computer to keep it as a backup and delete it from your server. Activate kleo theme just as it comes in the package
