..\themes\sweetdate\bbpress\loop-forums.php

you will need to copy this file to your child theme, keeping the same structure and modify it as you please… you will need development skills tho.

the horizontal alignment is influenced by the number of rows per cell… that means that you have to control the number of characters on every cell… I am not sure I understand what you want to achieve…
