Please take a look in the documentation folder that you received when you bought the theme. There you can find a membership area where you can find how to create membership levels.
In order the shortcode to work, you need to create the levels first. For this you need to go to (Memberships > Membership levels). Please take a look at the attachments for more details.
After you created the levels you will be able to see the tables using the shortcode.
Let me know if this works.

The theme does not use custom naming for roles.
All the elements you enumerated are WordPress roles, bbPress roles or WooComerce roles, standard ones.
Would you please elaborate what do you want to achieve?

1. Please try to disable Revolution Slider from (Sweetdate > Homepage). Take a look at the screen shot. Let me know if this works for you.
2. For this you need to extend BuddyPress field types and this is custom work which requires programming skills and a dedicated amount of time that isn’t covered by our support team and I am sure you understand that.

CatalinHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionCatalinModeratorHello sir,
The errors from your site come from plugins installed and custom code developed on the theme.
If the users have no activity the site won’t give you any errors but you won’t be able to see them in members list.

The users are visible in the members directory if they have activity on your site. They need to login for the first time and have some activity on your site. This is the default BuddyPress behavior.

1. I tried to replicate the error with the users by creating a new account. I am not able to do this on the site, there are some files that are not loading. (js)
2. Also please have in mind the fact that registered users need to login after they register on your site /members page. I logged in with a registered user and now you have 13 members, +1 then your screenshot.

The problem comes from adding a column inside a column and adding to it 20px margins. if you remove those values the page looks right.
Take a look at the screenshot.

That file does not belong to kleo theme. The path is inserted by a plugin or if you developed custom work on the site.
Please deactivate all the plugins that are not recommended for the theme and see if your problem still occurs.
