Hi,
Sorry about that, I shouldn’t have used an abbreviation. ‘Repo’ is the shortened word for repository, I was referring the the WordPress plugin repository which you can access via WP Admin by going to Plugins > Add New or browsing it on the WordPress site here https://wordpress.org/plugins/.
Sorry for the confusion,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Please try the following
– Update BuddyApp from Version 1.2.X to 1.5.X on your local and live environment
– Turn off all caching / minifying locally and live
– Try the export and import again from local to liveThis issue did happen in the past so it may be because a lot of your theme and plugin files are outdated. Also you appear to be running WordPress 4.5.2 (security issue and major updates since) and BuddyPress 2.8.2 (major update).

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
I cannot replicate the issue you refer to both with a Facebook created account and using the account details you provided.
Could you try using logout redirect plugin for me and see if this resolves the issue you’re having. You can find one here https://wordpress.org/plugins/login-and-logout-redirect/. Does the issue still continue when you use this plugin?

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues with WordPress error messages. Given that you installed / deleted a plugin related to themes around the same time you have these issues there’s a good chance it is related.
Please try the following
– Logout of WordPress, clear your browser’s cache completely, close the browser and try navigating back to the Theme Options page of your website
If this does not work for you please review the steps discussed in this post from WPMU Dev regarding this WordPress error https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/fix-not-allowed-access-page-error-wordpress/.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
You can follow this article http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-prevent-wordpress-from-generating-image-sizes/ to remove WordPress / KLEO’s ability to generate image sizes.
WordPress, BuddyPress, WooCommerce, KLEO etc all generate and serve varying image sizes as it helps considerably with performance.
Thanks,

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
WordPress accepts both username and email address as login options. As far as I know it is not possible to disable username logins, however, it is possible to disable email login.
You’ll have to either find a third party plugin for this, if it exists, if not you may need to open a new ticket on WordPress with regards to turning off username login.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
This looks to be the default padding, you can remove this on a per page basis by going to WP Admin > Pages > Open: Desired Page > Scroll to: ‘Theme General Settings’ > Select: Tab titled ‘Title Section’ > Scroll to: ‘Top Padding’ and set this value to 0.
Please clear your cache to see any changes.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
To add the title of the group you’ll have to copy the below file from your KLEO parent theme to the KLEO Child theme, please create each folder if it does not already exist in the child theme.
/kleo/buddypress/groups/single/cover-image-header.php
Copy to
/kleo-child/buddypress/groups/single/cover-image-header.php
Once you have copied this file you can edit it with your favorite code editor or your host’s built-in editor. Delete and replace the contents of line 31
<h4 class="highlight"><?php bp_group_type(); ?></h4>
<h4 class="user-nicename"><?php bp_current_group_name() ?></h4></br>
To remove the group profile picture please go to Settings > BuddyPress > Options > Scroll to: ‘Group Photo Uploads’ and uncheck this option.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
It looks like you have enabled one of the new layouts of KLEO. You can change which layout is used by going to Theme Options > BuddyPress > Scroll to: ‘Profile & Group Menu Overlay’ and set this option to off. KLEO will then use the original layout which is not an overlay.
Thanks.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
You can override the code that generates the maintenance mode by adding the below to your KLEO Child theme’s functions.php
COPY CODE// Change the maintenance page logo size if ( ! function_exists( 'kleo_maintenance_mode' ) ) { function kleo_maintenance_mode() { $logo_path = apply_filters( 'kleo_logo', sq_option_url( 'logo' ) ); $logo_img = '<img src="' . $logo_path . '" alt="maintenance" style="margin: 0 auto; display: block; max-width:100px;" />'; if ( sq_option( 'maintenance_mode', 0 ) == 1 ) { /* Theme My Login compatibility */ if ( class_exists( 'Theme_My_Login' ) && Theme_My_Login::is_tml_page( 'login' ) ) { return; } if ( ! current_user_can( 'edit_themes' ) || ! is_user_logged_in() ) { wp_die( $logo_img . '<div style="text-align:center">' . sq_option( 'maintenance_msg', '' ) . '</div>', get_bloginfo( 'name' ) ); } } } add_action( 'get_header', 'kleo_maintenance_mode' ); }
Please change the px value on line 6 from 100px to your desired number. Clear any and all caches and CDN’s after saving and press/hold Ctrl+F5 to see your changes.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
There are many ways to mass email your users, some hosts offer mass mailing and some deny it, the best option is to use a service like MailChimp or SendGrid which (via a plugin of your choosing from the repo) syncs with your users and you can then mass mail through their site.
You can also create lists within these services which would be the best option to mail paying / non-paying members.
If you mass email from your own server you risk the possibility of being marked as spam which would stop your other emails getting through and may even cause your host to suspend services depending on their terms of service.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi @oceanglim,
Please check with your host that all emails, including password reset, are actually leaving the server. You can do that by viewing your mail log in cPanel or asking your host if you cannot find this option.
If the logs show you’re having issues sending mail you should ask your host for assistance or use an SMTP plugin within WordPress see: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/SMTP/.
You may also wish to consider using a server like SendGrid or Mandrill which will send the emails for you via their API to guarantee the delivery.
Kieran.
