ModeratorHi,
To change the background image for this element please follow these steps. Edit the Home Pinterest page with WP Bakery. Once you have loaded the WP Bakery editor click on the pencil icon for the row (now the column). This will open the settings modal, select the ‘Text & Background’ tab. Scroll down to ‘Background style’, make sure ‘Image’ is select in the drop down. Assign a backup color in case the image does not load and then click the plus (+) icon below to open the file picker. Set your desired image and save.
I have attached a screenshot that visualizes this process for you.
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
In that case the script is fine and you can add it back as it was not generating the error.
I cannot see the cause for the remaining error and will therefore have to refer this ticket to a higher support level. They’ll be in touch with you as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.
Thank you for your patience,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
You could definitely do with resizing the main image (first image) of the couple as it is 5.4 MB in size which is gigantic, and 3993px X 2562px which is far too large for most resolutions.
You should do this locally on your computer with Photoshop or GIMP and then once you have resized run it through an application called RIOT which will reduce the size dramatically – you can find here for free http://luci.criosweb.ro/riot/.
Image URL: https://www.eumello.com/wp-content/uploads/shutterstock_363650156-1.jpg
Other than that your main page looks good. I would highly recommend you and a groups of colleagues or friends sign up for your website several times, from different devices and email accounts to test everything is working okay.
Hope this helps,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
I am sorry if there has been any confusion in communicating this with you. I have attached a screenshot where I have used the Memberships options of Theme Options to disallow access to the members directory if the user is logged out (not logged in) OR has the membership level Bronze.
‘Not members’ refers to users who are logged in but do not yet have a membership level within Paid Memberships Pro. They are two different settings that can be used in conjunction with each other.
Where you enable ‘Restrict Certain Levels’ any item checked under it will be restricted from accessing that element.
Kieran.

ModeratorHi,
Do you want it to be completely transparent? If so you can use the below CSS.
COPY CODE#btn-eael-lightbox-a2c5088 { color:#670ea3 !important; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); }
You can adjust the strength of the transparency by changing the the 0 value to any number between 0.00 and 1
There is also no border for this button, so you may wish to use the below css instead which adds a semi transparent border. Adjust the 0.20 value for the border as needed using the guidance from above.
COPY CODE#btn-eael-lightbox-a2c5088 { color:#670ea3 !important; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); border: solid 2px rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.20); }
Thanks,
Kieran

We do not have an integration with Twitter for social login but you can use any number of free and premium plugins to achieve this.

ModeratorHi,
You can use the below custom CSS to target that element.
COPY CODE#ajax_search_container input{ background:#f9f9f9; color:#313131; border:solid 2px #383838; }
Change the color values to suit your needs. If you do not wish to customize the border simply remove that line in it’s entirety.
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
I logged into your site and I still cannot see those errors. I do see two new errors both related to JetPacks Notes feature but nothing more than that.
I can see in your screenshot that these errors are referenced in Autoptimize. Try turning off the JS settings within Autoptimize, purging it’s cache, your website cache and finally – but most importantly, clear your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see if this works.
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
I do not know of a single plugin that would do this for you. You will likely have to find either a combination of plugins and mesh them to work together or manually build this functionality yourself. If you’re not comfortable editing PHP or building advanced forms then you will likely need to hire a developer to do this for you. This would be classed as custom development and not something we could assist you with.
A starting point may be https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-job-manager/
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
I’ll reply in the same numbered format for ease
1. I mean rename the plugins folder from /plugins/ to /off-plugins/ or any other name. This will deactivate all plugins. If a plugin is the issue then your site will return. You can then rename the folder back to /plugins/ and enable one by one.
2. Do you mean BuddyPress 3? I don’t know whether this would resolve anything or not for you as we do not know what the issue is.
3. If your website went offline after installing or enabling this particular plugin then yes, you should delete it via FTP.
4. There is far more to a hosting environment than files and a database. My original reply was in two parts, the first sought information about X scenarios, the second stated if none of these were true then it would be related to the host and not WordPress. Your host also has access to PHP error logs that would be helpful into resolving the issue.
“The only way that could have happen is a hacker logged in to wp-admin and deleted my files from their database” – this is extremely unlikely and your website does not present as being hacked in that way.
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
Glad that the issue has been resolved. With regards to the error 406 that is exclusively related to your host and their implementation of mod_security and there is nothing we can do to assist you with that. You will need to contact your host support directly to discuss this issue.
If the issue with the email has been resolved I will no longer require the login credentials.
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
I do not see those errors on that page as a logged out user. Can you please update this ticket, in a private reply, with login credentials so I can see the page as a logged in user.
I only see one error on the page which appears to be related to artillery.io – I am not sure why this would be referenced on the front-end of your site. This is not something that comes with KLEO.

ModeratorHi,
With the updated code in place please try going to WP Admin > Tools > BuddyPress > Check: ‘Reinstall Emails’ and then submit repair items button. Try the signup process again.
If the above does not work then please can you update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials for your WordPress site as well as SFTP / FTP details for your host so I can look into this for you.
Thanks,
Kieran

As before, the warning is nothing to be concerned with and will not cause any loss of functionality.

I just checked your site in Google Chrome and I cannot see any of those errors on various different pages. Is there a specific process to see these errors? For example, specific pages, do I need to be logged in etc?
Thanks,

ModeratorHi,
Thanks for getting back to me with that information. Yes, the information would be in cPanel or your hosts control panel – it varies from host to host. If you are running version 5.X then you should consider upgrading to 7.X if your host has it available. It’s by far more secure and considerably faster.

ModeratorHi,
This is a known bug in BuddyPress 3.0 and not related to / something to do with KLEO so we cannot fix it. However, there is a patch available that will be rolled into BuddyPress 3.1. If you would like to manually patch this yourself in the meantime then please do the following.
Replace the contents of the below file
wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-functions.php
With the code content from this page https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/bp-core/bp-core-functions.php?rev=12128

Kieran.

ModeratorHi,
It means that it was expecting two or more parameters and received only one. This is not something that would be printed on the front-end due to how the error is generated and is only a warning not an error or fatal error so it can be safely ignored.
I will pass this on to the developers for review. Can you let me know which part of the install process you was doing when you received this error and what version of PHP are you running?
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi,
The opacity for that element doesn’t come from a CSS file but from the element within the WP Bakery page builder. Go to WP Admin > Pages > All Pages and edit the page with the register form. Once loaded select the pencil icon for the row (not the column) and a settings modal window will open. With the modal open switch the tab to ‘Design Options’ and on the right select background color. Below the color picket that opens you’ll see a slider for Alpha (opacity). Adjust this value to your desired strength, preview, and when desired level is set you can save and clear your cache.
I attach screenshots below as a visual aid to my description.
Thanks,
Kieran

ModeratorHi Felix,
I have looked at your site and it appears to be caused by the BuddyPress 3.0 update. I do not have an immediate fix for you and will need to refer this ticket to one of our developers for review. They’ll be in touch with you as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience whilst we look into this.
