Kieran_SQModeratorHi @robynmg227,
I will forward this to one of developers for review and updating if required. They’ll be in touch as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.
In the meantime I have recently tested the latest version of KLEO and WooCommerce on SiteGround using PHP 7.0 and 7.1.X and it did work. For now you should be able to dismiss those errors and switch to PHP 7.X anyway without issues.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
If you wish to completely remove the nav bar from the profile please use the below CSS in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css by going to WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > KLEO Child > Style.css or into Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Quick CSS’
COPY CODE.profile #buddypress #item-nav { display: none !important; }

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
WP Bakery does not require a licence key when bundled with a theme, like it is in KLEO, it only notifies you on install or update that you can enter a licence key for their plugin if you wish to receive support from their team too.
It is not required and does not limit any of the functionality of the plugin as it is licensed on your behalf by Seventh Queen. The notice can safely be dismissed.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi Sandra,
The current version available with KLEO is 5.4.7 which is the latest WP Bakery release available. Please make sure you have updated your ThemeForest username and API key to WP Admin > Theme Options > Theme Update and then check WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins for the latest update for WP Bakery.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
As per Laura’s reply there is no content behind the mobile menu so you won’t be able to set it to transparent as is. You can however change the color by using the below CSS in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css by going to Appearance > Editor > KLEO Child > Style.css or Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Quick CSS’
COPY CODE@media (max-width: 991px) { .kleo-navbar-fixed.navbar-transparent #header {background-color: #000000;} }
Change #000000 to your desired color and purge your website cache and mobile device cache to see the changes.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
This is already a feature of SweetDate when rtMedia is installed. Please go to WP Admin > SweetDate > Tab: ‘BP Profile Tabs’ > Toggle: ‘Enable profile tabs customisation’ to ‘On’.
Once you have toggled this feature to on you’ll see a list of your profile fields groups and an rtMedia option. Check the box for the rtMedia and if required use the drag icon to move it’s position from last to first or any other position you desire.
Save your options and clear your website cache and front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see the changes.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Please try the below CSS in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css, make sure to completely purge any caching and your front-end cache to see the changes.
COPY CODE@media screen and (min-width: 800px) { .sidebar.sidebar-main.col-sm-3.col-sm-pull-6.sidebar-3lr { width: 20% !important; } .template-page.col-sm-6.col-sm-push-3.tpl-3lr { width: 45% !important; } .sidebar.sidebar-extra.col-sm-3.sidebar-3lr { width: 35%; } .template-page.col-sm-push-3 { left: -moz-calc(20% - 1px); left: -webkit-calc(20% - 1px); left: -o-calc(20% - 1px); left: calc(20% - 1px); } .col-sm-pull-6 { right: 45%; } }
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
It looks like some scripts are failing to run on the back-end as there are styling issues too in your screenshot. Please can you rule out a bug with a third party plugin by disabling all plugins except for K Elements and test to see if the issue continues – make sure to clear your cache on the options page with Ctrl+F5.
If after the test the issue persists then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials so I can look into this for you.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
I am unable to recreate this (logged out) but it seems like it may be a caching issue, try disabling your website and server caching – clear your local cache (Ctrl+F5) and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists after this test please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials for your site so I can look into this further.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Glad it is working for you now 🙂 The login modal is in the same directory as the register modal. You will need to copy the below file from the parent to the child using the instructions above and then you’ll be able to edit the file from the child theme.
Copy from
/sweetdate/page-parts/general-login-modal.php
Copy to
/sweetdate-child/page-parts/general-login-modal.php
Thanks,
Kieran
