It will either be at the host level if the host offers this as part of your package, or at the CDN provider if you manually set this up yourself. If you are unsure about whether you have a CDN or not you can ask your host for more information.

Intermittent means sporadic, irregular or on and off. It means that it is both working and not working and does not appear on the face of it to have a particular cause.
Can you purge and then disable your CDN temporarily for me please to see if this might be the issue. I have seen this before in relation to CloudFlare.

This is the posts page, you can go to WP Admin > Pages > Add New, title the page as ‘Blog’, ‘News’ or any other title that you desire. Once the page is published you can go to WP Admin > Settings > Reading and set the options for ‘Your homepage displays’ by selecting your desired home page and desired blog page (see screenshot).
For any content to appear on your posts page you will need to have posts. You can create, edit and delete posts by going to WP Admin > Posts

I have logged into your site and made some minor changes to the cache and also temporarily disabled / enabled the cache and I was not successful in stopping the intermittent issue.
Can you please check via FTP that the directory and file /wp-content/uploads/custom_styles/dynamic.css have the correct permissions, 755 (directory) / 644 (file). If they do not please update the permissions.

I have logged into your site and I cannot see any plugin that would be related to this error. We do not make any changes to wp-config.php so the error will not be related to any support we have provided to you.
That said, if you supply me with SFTP / FTP login details I am happy to take a look at your wp-config.php file and remove the offending lines for you.

Thanks for contacting us about the animation issues you’re having, I can see the issue you’re referring to and appears very intermittent.
Please try adding the below exceptions to both your caching plugin and your CDN, once added please purge your cache, CDN and local cache to test. Please also test after clearing all of your caches etc in InCognito / Private mode.

Each time I see the error the file /wp-content/uploads/custom_styles/dynamic.css fails to load, this is likely to do with a CDN.

If you would like to change the destination URL for the logo you will need to copy the below file from the KLEO main theme to the KLEO Child theme and edit line 152. If the folder page-parts does not exist in the KLEO Child theme already you will need to create it manually.

With your current icon size there is not enough space to display the two icons and leave space for the dropdown/more at the end of the row (three icons and their spacing in total).
You can however get around this with a little tweak to the CSS. Please try the below snippet in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css by going to WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > KLEO Child > Style.css or in Quick CSS by going to WP Admin > Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Quick CSS’

Please make sure to clear any and all caches to see the changes.

I have logged into your site and checked your permalink structure. The correct link to be starting from is https://imzaia.world/category/imzaia-library/ and not https://imzaia.world/imzaia-library/, when you start from the correct link it works as it should.
I think the link without the category in the permalink is being shown to you by WordPress as it is taking a guess at what content you’re after rather than showing a 404 as something does match somewhere within your site, in this case, a category.

Thanks for contacting us about roles, this is not a theme related question but I will try to answer your query below.
It is unusual for a WordPress plugin to leave behind roles as they should clean up after themselves when deactivated and deleted. You can try the plugin called WPFront to delete roles, but please make sure you have a full and working backup of your database and files before attempting this. Also please double check the roles are definitely no longer required.

Based off of your screenshots it looks like you may be looking for the ‘Boxed’ option which can be found by going to WP Admin > Theme Options > Layout Settings > Toggle: ‘Site Layout’ to ‘Boxed’.
Once this is toggled to on you’ll see the site has a boxed layout – it will reveal a field below titled ‘Background’, set your desired color and/or background image in this field and save. Make sure to purge your cache(s) to see any changes.

If this works when you switch to the main theme then you either have
1. non-working or conflicting code in functions.php
2. old template files overridesOnce you have a full backup of your KLEO Child theme you should delete the template files within one by one, clearing your cache(s) each time and testing again until you find the file causing the issue. Once found you should note your changes, copy the up to date file from the main KLEO theme into the KLEO Child theme, and make your changes again.
If you delete all of your KLEO Child theme template overrides and the issue persists this will likely mean the issue resides in functions.php – you should delete each piece of code one by one, like the steps from above, until you find the offending code.

You can remove this by copying the below file from the KLEO main theme to the KLEO Child theme

You will need to create the page-parts directory within the KLEO Child theme if you do not already have one. Once you have copied the file into the child theme please remove lines 1-158 to remove all of the modal contents.

To hide the arrow below/around the contact form please use the below CSS

The envelope icon can be change with the following CSS
.kleo-quick-contact-wrapper .icon-mail-alt:before {content:'e87e' !important;}
In the above example e87e changes the icon from mail to cart. You will need to identify which icon you wish to use and update the value in the above CSS. The easiest way to do this is to see a menu to use the icon you wish, right click the icon, click inspect, in the console window that opens select the :before that appears below the i and you will see the correct value appear in the CSS inspector (see screenshot). If you are unable to do this please add an icon to a menu or page and share the page with me, letting me know which icon it is, and I will send you the value.

I have set the field as the default value for you. You can do this with any other field by going to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields > Edit: desired field > Scroll to the option you wish to be the default and check the radio button titled ‘Default Value’ (see screenshot).
