    You can remove that spacing with the below CSS

    I have accessed your site on mobile and I see it correctly as RTL, please completely clear your mobile browser’s cache (except for passwords and form data) and check again. Mobile caching is incredibly aggressive on mobile devices.

    If after completely clearing your mobile browser data the issue persists please let me know the phone model and browser / browser version number.

    Hi,

    When I visited your site your comments section was already RTL (see screenshot). Please clear all of your caches, try visiting your site in a browsers private mode (Incognito, Private etc) for a locally uncached version and let me know if the issue is still present for you.

    Hi,

    You can find the user profile fields by going to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields, you can navigate each profile section in the tabs above. You can also create, delete and edit fields by clicking the edit button on each filed or selecting ‘add new field’ when within your desired tab.

    Hi,

    You will need to enable registration before a user can register, please go to WP Admin > Settings > General > Scroll to: ‘Membership’ and select the checkbox (see screenshot).

    With regards to setting the background please go to WP Admin > Pages > All Pages > Select: Desired Page. Now that you have your desired page opened in the Visual Composer editor click on the pencil icon for the row, select the ‘Text & Background’ tab at the top of the modal window that opened and select ‘Image’ from the ‘Background style’ dropdown. Select the image you wish to use and then configure how you wish it to display that image with the options that appear below (see screenshot).

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us about WP Bakery, I logged into your site and found there was a pending update for WP Bakery in Appearance > Install Plugins. I have updated the plugin for you and created a test page (draft), I was able to save a WP Bakery element via the backend and then save the post as a draft and it kept the element I had created.

    Please clear your wesbite cache, any CDN services and purge your local cache (Ctrl+F5) whilst in the WP Admin to see any changes.

    Let me know if this issue continues for you or not.

    On a side note you have a pending update for Revolution Slider in Appearance > Install Plugins which you may wish to take.

    Hi,

    In your first screenshot you show the WordPress modal which is used in the back-end of the website, BuddyApp (and most other themes) do not change the appearance of the back-end of WordPress. The shortcode for login was never designed to override the default WordPress modal.

    If I click on the lost password / password reset link on your website I get the correct behavior, which is the secondary modal (see screenshot). Please can you clear your website cache, purge any CDN, clear your local cache (Ctrl F5) and logout to test if this updates anything for you.

    If it does not, please press F12 in your browser to open the console and record a short video of your screen as you test this and then share with me here so I can see. If you do not have software installed that is capable of doing this please try the free program called Icecream Screen Recorder which can be found here https://icecreamapps.com/Screen-Recorder/.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us about browser warnings, in 2017 Chrome and Firefox began rolling out secure / not secure notifications to their users in the address bar, Chrome extended this recently to form fields too.

    The notice is issued when the website does not have an SSL certificate or has an invalid SSL certificate. If the website does not have an SSL certificate and requests login or personal information a secondary warning is issued in the form input field.

    You can read more about this here https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2016/10/avoid-not-secure-warn.

    The solution is to get an SSL certificate for your website, most hosts offer these for free and they can often be found in your hosting control panel under the name Let’s Encrypt or OpenSSL. Once you have one installed for your domain you will need to update your web address in WordPress, you can do this by going to Settings > General > Set value for: ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’. You should change http:// to https://

    Once this has been updated you should check your website, if you still get redirected on some content to http you will need to do a search and replace in your database for http://yourdomain.com and replace with https://yourdomain.com – if you’re not comfortable doing this you should contact your host. Always make a backup before making changes like this.

    You may encounter errors when you switch to SSL, if you do you should try a plugin called Really Simple SSL https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/.

    I’ve just taken a look and it you’re right, my apologies. Are you overriding the default SweetDate members directory template? It appears in the code the the sidebar has been completely removed which might be why the the templates are not working.

    Thanks for contacting us about issues you’re facing using Paid Memberships Pro with KLEO. I am unable to sign in using the details you have supplied, I think it may be to do with the username, is it supposed to be hyphenated? Please check them and send again in a private reply.

    Please also check which PHP version you are using. Try switching between versions of PHP and test again with the plugin activated. If you do not know how to do this please ask your host to guide you.
