Hello, the theme name is KLEO and Pinterest Style or Get Connected ar just some of the demos we have, if you want to use the pinterest style, just import all demo data and select it as homepage at Settings > Reading
About the font family and styles, just go to Theme Options to change it 🙂

Hello, yes you can use poedit, just need to add the translation file at wp-content/languages/themes and name it kleo-xx_XX.po/mo (XX = the language)
