Hello, that is just the background image, you can find a lot in google 🙂
About the restrictions, you can add level description at the memberships section and in levels, edit level. Then you will see a box where you can add any description you want. 🙂

Hello, the required memberships are for the paid memberships pro plugin, that box means that you can check to require a membership to see that blog post/page
You can manage that from the memberships panel.
About login with facebook at Sweetdate > Misc you can enable it and place your facebook app id ( you need to have a facebook app with all details and live)

For city you can use the dropdown type field and add each city that you want to appear 🙂
