Hello, wordpress function in a different way, MyBB is for a php forum script, not related to wordpress or bbpress, to edit the style of KLEO bbpress, hte only way is to do it manually with css or hire a developer to change it for you. If you buy any other theme, it will change the whole website, not only bbpress

Hello, in followers or following it depends as this is a third party plugin you could try to ask the author about that possibility.
About Groups and Forums, those are part of buddypress and bbpress plugin so it also depends on the plugin settings, right now for those i do not know any way of doing this, it would require custom development, to restrict access of those items in other member profile.

Hello, have you tried re-installing the theme by ftp? I mean main theme, not child.
If that doesn’t work, try disabling the plugins by ftp too (rename plugins folder)
If that also doesn’t work, then it’s surely a host issue.
