Hello, do you dont need woocommerce, its just for shops and selling products. PMPRO does the job for memberships.
About the members, they are dummy users right? If so, the issue is that they never logged in, so they dont appear in search. They need to log in at least once to appear

Hello, try by manual update, download the zip from themeforest and using file manager of cpanel or filezilla ( or any ftp software)
Upload and extract the theme .zip to wp-content/themes replacing the kleo folder and thats all.
Do not update child theme, is not needed
