Hello, it could be a conflict with a plugin, i tested with the site plugin but they dont seem to conflict, but the network enabled plugin could, please try by deactivating one by one and testing again

Hello, please follow the following steps:
1- Open FileZilla an connect to your server, usually the host is http://ftp.yourdomain.com (without the http://) username and password should be somewhere in your hostig details
2- Connect, you will see some files and folders, you can double click on:
public_html or wp-content the one you see first, now go to wp-contents > themes
3- Download the new theme zip from themeforest
4- In wp-content/themes upload the sweetdate.zip by dropping the file there, now right click and extract it ( or extract it in your computer and upload the folder “sweetdate”

Done, this will update your theme, just click on yes when it asks it and done.
DO NOT UPLOAD CHILD THEME that one should never be updated or you will lose the changed you did there
