Hello, the default process would be 1- Register 2- Get an activation email 3- Click the email link 4- Login.
Some wordpress sites doesnt send emails, because of php email issues, so this plugin could help you disable the activation step, so it would be 1- Register 2- Login

Hello, the css will affect the sticky menu, is a rough way so its not very compatible, like kleo. It would take some time and development, so i suggest to just disable the sticky menu, or return to the default look.
