Hello, you need to translate your theme and plugins, check out the plugin Codestyling Localization
Once installed, activate it then navigate to Tools > Localization and find KLEO, click on scan French, if french is not there, add it by clicking on add a language, then scan it.

Once scan is finished, you can start editing the language, find words and translate them. To save your translation, click on GENERATE MO FILE
