Maybe some old templates can interfere that.Try to switch off child theme and check agian.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SWEETDATE 2.x users that updates the theme to 3.x: If you have overwritten the template files in the child theme, especially the BuddyPress templates, and after update, the site is broken you will have to re-do the swetedate templates, or you can revert to 2.9.11 look for in main files/WordPress/version 2.9/
If you haven’t overwritten the templates in the child theme but looks wired, just re-save theme options, it should look ok.
Your website stays in continuous load for minutes cannot see it.

What i want to say it’s that they should be able to find the cause of the errors like the 503 error appears in certain conditions ( example: max_post_size or max_upload_limit ) they should check the logs in depth and to tell you what reason appears in debug of the server.
Just open a ticket and tell him that you need to know the reason for the 503 error and after they told you we will look for solution.

ModeratorSorry but i’ve made a confusion, BuddyApp doesn’t include K-elements plugin but KLEO it does!
So the K-elements isn’t part of BuddyApp theme package.

Cannot provide here complete theme package just login to your theme forest account and re-download package.

Make sure your issue to not be caused by some cookis or cache or third party plugin
So using the snippet that i have provided to you cannot reproduced the issuee that you describe

Providing technical specific hints or solutions depends how your developers made the changes, i don’t know how your coders works in those. Anyway our support service cannot offer support for custom code changes to our products.
Personally i don’t know a solution or a plugin that makes possible migration of the things from BP Album to rtMedia.
So you can use an old version of Sweetdate theme where you code template changes works as it should. Or you can speak with your developers to re-do the templates to work with Sweetdate 3.0 and also to port bpAlbum to rtMedia.
An old version of the theme can be found in main files -> wordpress -> version 2.9

… just ask them to allow you to set custom settings for your site using a php.ini file where you will have to add those settings in first instance
post_max_size = 1024M
upload_max_filesize = 1024M
max_execution_time = 3600
max_input_time = 3600
memory_limit = 1024MAnyway they should give you a dumb of what phpinfo says on your site to can see the actual limits….
Anyway they should be able to give to you a server error log related to tha 503 error and to tell you possible causes what that happens… after you see the cause you can adapt, change settings for your needs…

Make sure to have the members page on default template

The search on the members page can be on/off from wp-admin -> theme options -> buddypress

The cache settings are under wp-admin -> settings -> general , scroll down

The bp album it’s deprecated from older version than 3.0 like 2.6 or 2.7 don’t remember exactly.

For your premium feature for using bp album, you can talk with your developers to use rtMedia instead the bp album.
So we cannot offer support for custom changes.

1. Because you are already logged in to can be displayed the shortcode, check in incognito as guest user.
2. Look in incognito as admin there are displayed some layers, spaces etc… if it’s the same check the paddings and margins for those.
3. Because this is how it looks in editor because of some postion:absolute of the row element, in incognito should look ok

There is no article, you should root from your hosts file of the server the font.googleapis.com to a server that says 200 , i don’t have exact steps for that, this is only a idea

Theme recommended plugin can be found and installed under wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins… some plugins aren’t included in themepackge and they are installable via install plugins tab, check it.

After you finish with the debugging, you can put it back, it’s easy for us to debug with cache off..

Now when i access from mobile i see buddyapp and from desktop KLEO, if you received success message after your customisations the changes are saved but maybe the issue it’s related to your phone browser cache, so try to look at the website from other mobile browser or empty the browser cache
