The theme punch is under Revolution slider in wp admin menu the direct link for theme punch is : http://localhost/wp-admin/admin.php?page=themepunch-google-fonts replace localhost with your domain.

ModeratorYou can do that by using loco translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
You will need to go to the plugin dashboard and in kleo section add new language, choose your language, and if you are asked where you want to save the language files choose global language directory ( wp-content/languages/ ) then search for that string and translate it.

Most probably your issue is caused by some plugin, if you don’t get an error please set WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php and view again that page and let me know if some errors appears.

You can change the classes from this file : wp-content/themes/kleo/page-parts/general-header-section.php it’s recommended to duplicate this file in child theme to not be overwritten on next update

I’ve saw the issue, please disable all plugins and repeat the action create a new account to see if the activation will work, if this will work , enable plugins back one by one to identify what causes the issue.

Regarding the issue with the logo, i think on your computer the pages are served from cache from my side the page it looks like this ( see attached screenshot ) it seems that the image it not exists on server , this is the link from the logo : http://blog.sgs-for.jp/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/1_Primary_logo_on_transparent_1024.png it will give a 404 error, please check if the file exists on server and try again to reupload the file.
After you do this, please purge entire cache of your website and let me know

A cause for this can be next : A registered user who never logged in into account, will be an inactive user and for this reason will not be displayed in directory.
Try make a new account and you will no login in see if the number of total members will increase and the members from directory remains same (22) if this will happen, just login with that account and check after if in members directory will be 23
You can try to this : go to wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> check the next options
Count friends for each user
Count groups for each user
Count total members
Repair user “last activity” datathen -> repair items

But I cant understand how you did that, the same menu but with less sub items show for non logged users, and for logged users it shows as avatar + sub menu account items. I cant repeat it… How to add parent menu item which will shows only for non logged users, and hide it for already logged?

I see the issue, please disable all plugins except visual composer and k-elements and check after if the testimonials are displayed correctly, if the issue disappear enable plugins one by one back to see who causes this.

I’ve found what causes this problem it’s about Hyper Cache plugin, now is deactivated for cache i suggest you WP SUPER CACHE or W3 Total Cache

I’ve tried to do some settings like equal height in that page home-2 but i see some issues at Visual composer, it no shows content after it loads only if you change tabs and also the changes are not saved, please enable wp_debug from wp-config.php file to see what is the problem there.

Login to FTP -> go to directory where your wp is installed -> look for wp-config.php -> look for
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );and change it to
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
enable also the wp_debug_log to store all errors / https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG#WP_DEBUG_LOG
