I think the name ‘getshopped’ is confusing you. They are the people who wrote the support plugin. We are not saying you need to use their eCommerce plugin.

Some of them are working correctly, but I found one that isn’t (though probably more). It looks like perhaps the regen didnt work on those images. I’m having a hard time connecting to your wp-admin to confirm that you have 600px x 600px Hard Crop set. But if you look at the difference between the ones that are working and the ones that aren’t, the ones that display correctly have an image size of 600px x 600px. The ones that isnt is 282px x 600px. So, what ends up happening is that the image stretches proportionality to fill the width of the image container, thereby making the image taller (431px x 918px).

You dont need buddypress for a support forum like this. This site is only kleo, bbpress and the getshopped plugin.

I doubt they will come up with a demo in the time frame you need it. So, what issues are you having?

I’m not sure of a way to add a button. You’ll need to google for a way to do that. But you can highlight the text (see the ‘new’ next to services in the menu in this forum) by wrapping the title in em

Let me try to explain why I said what I did. I’m a Kleo user like you and I dont agree at all. You can run Kleo without buddypress, its not at all the core of the theme. Many people dont use BP with Kleo. Kleo is compatible with buddypress. That means it will style it to match the Kleo blog style. If I knew what your issue was, I would be more than happy to help. I help with many non kleo related questions here. But since I dont and we’ve ruled out Kleo being at fault, the issue lies between BP and rtMedia and something else. I said it sounded like a jquery issue since the things you are having issues with rely on jquery. I used it as a broad term. I apologize if I sounded like I knew what was wrong, but was refusing to tell you.

1 – I see no reason why 7th queen should get involved in a conflict between Askimet and BP. Personal opinion.
2 – That is an rtMedia issue that is reliant on jquery working correctly.
3 – That is a BP issue that is reliant on jquery working correctly.

For 2 and 3, it very well could be a server issue not serving your jquery files correctly for some reason. Or it could be a caching/cdn issue which is common. Any chance you are on wpengine? If so, did you read the Kleo documentation and implement the wpengine fix? https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#wp-engine Though that fix has issue as well. Do yourself a favor and turn all that off. Verify the site works, then start figuring it out what exactly breaks it. It would be nice if caching, cdn and minify plugins worked as advertised, but none of them do. I screwed around with Total Cache for over 3 solid days before I gave up.

its a jquery issue. Probably because your using cloudfare to minify js and possibly not doing it the correct order. Turn that off and see if the issue persists.

Sounds like a jquery issue. Does it happen with the 2015 theme enabled? If so, its not Kleo and you should consult the BP forum.

Click on the pencil icon for that row. That will bring up the row settings. You can change the image there.

If you’re seeing a bunch of code and not the Visual Composer UI, make sure you have VC enabled for pages: Wp admin > VC > General Settings.

I temporarily enabled the wp 2015 theme and your site still isnt working, so its not Kleo. See attached for jquery error message. Probably a plugin conflict. Look for that or ask on the bp forums.

WP Admin > Appearance > Widgets. You’ll probably want to create a sidebar that only has the login widget in it.

No, just add the kleo-show-login class to the button using the extra class field in the button settings.

I’ve discussed both of these approaches here before. Give the search a go.

Sounds like you are new to wordpress and visual composer. You should read the documentation for both to familiarize yourself with the basics.

You’ll need to find some custom code that will determine if the link is external or not. Kleo doesnt do any link processing of content. WP does if its in a post or page. BP does if its in an activity (personal or group). BBP does if its in a topic. Do a google search. I saw some code out there but didn’t test any of it.

You need to be changing the kleo_entry_meta function in /kleo/functions.php. Copy it to your child theme first. It uses get_the_author so you’ll need to change that.
