I think it has something to do with jquery finding all elements with that class on page load. It doesnt know about the additional class since it happens after. I vaguely remember having this issue a few years back on a different project. Let me do so googling. I’ll get back to you.

You can change the groups layout to full width. There is no “show certain sections of group page with sidebar and certain sections full width” Theme Options > Buddypress.

Because you are leaving BBPress and going into Buddypress. Buddypress uses bbpress for its forums, but its still Buddypress.

I cant access it now since you’ve added a membership level. Give me access and disable buddypress like and any other plugin that didnt come with kleo. Let me know.

Supporting and compatible are different. Kleo adds styling to the wishlist. 7th Queen does not offer support for the plugin. The plugin developers do.

Do this. Enable the WP 2015 Theme. Let me know if there are any notices/warnings that disappear.

You’re going to have to customize most of what you want to do unless you can find an addon. Here is a plugin you can use to add PMPro to Portfolios http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/plugins-on-github/custom-post-type-membership-access/

1 – That’s not a kleo notice. As you can see that’s coming from WooCommerce.

2 – This notice could happen if you set a custom sidebar on a page but then delete the sidebar.

In both cases they are just notices and can be safely ignored. Disable debugging to get rid of them.

Edit the search bar settings and change the Form Type to Just Ajax Results. This will disable the submitting the form using the enter key.

1 & 2 can be solved using Paid Membership Pro, Paid Membership Pro BBPress Add-on and the Membership settings in Theme Options. You’ll probably want to customize PMPro so that it automatically adds new registered users to a level. All of this has been discussed many times so do a search here and on google.

3 – You’ll have to find a plugin for this. If you cant find a plugin, as on the Buddypress forums. There is a bigger audience there.

I said to disable everything EXCEPT the plugins I mentioned. Once you reactivate the plugins I’ve listed, see if you still have the issue. If you DONT, then reactivate the other plugins you have installed ONE BY ONE, testing to see if the +/- still works after each one. The hope is that eventually you will find the one that breaks the +/-. Hopefully you can understand what I’m saying because this is the standard way of troubleshooting issues and you’ll probably have to do it again some day.

You’re welcome. It will take some getting used to, but I’m sure you’ll get the hang of Kleo in no time.

I actually dont *really* work here. I do have access to the dev code and fix small things when I’m able to. Never used sweetdate. Looked at it once though. Anyhow, I’ve copied one of the lead devs on this. I’m sure he can answer your question about future themes and will appreciate your comments.

btw – In a past life I lived in Davis, Woodland, Sac and Fair Oaks… or was it Rancho? LOL. Can’t remember. Wow, it was more than half my life ago.

I dont see a need to install a plugin. Just try adding the function referenced in the link I sent you. Worse case is that it doesnt work. Then delete it.

Have you installed any plugins besides Buddypress, rtMedia, Revolution Slider, Visual Composer, K-elements, Profile Cover Photos, BBPress and Paid Memberships Pro? If so, disable them. My guess the one causing the issue is download manager.

Your theme is indeed bundled with outdated copies of woo because you’re running an older version of Kleo. 🙂 You’ll also need to update Visual Composer.

Theme General Settings, not Theme Options. Edit the page, scroll down to Theme General Settings, click on Title section.

All of those group samples are shortcodes in Visual Composer. Just add one to your page.

Facebook is telling you that you didnt set it up right. Go back into your facebook app settings and make sure the domain name(s) in App Domain (the box under Display Name) is set up correctly.

Okay, I just logged into one of my old sites that I havent updated in a while. There were page excerpts. Go figure.

It was running WP 4.1.1. I updated to 4.2.2 and the page excerpts were still there.

It was running VC 4.2.2. I updated to 4.4.3 and the page excerpts are gone. There ya go. Its VC.

BTW – They are still missing out of VC 4.5.

I’ve copied @abe on this to see if he knows anything about it and since 7th queen is the only ones that can contact support (unless you’ve purchased a copy.)

I dont ever recall seeing a page excerpt. Did you search the WP forums?

As a test you can remove the custom code you put in for the excerpt to see if that makes any difference in the size.

The common way to diagnose a problem is to disable all plugins except the ones that come with kleo.

After you disable the plugins, clear your server cache if enabled and it still doesnt work, provide a link and maybe I can assist.

I disagree with importing gender. Gender is not a default field. How would the code know where to create this field? If its created in WP then it wont show up in BP. If the code creates it in BP what if they aren’t using BP? What about all the other users that are using one of the several other member plugins out there? How about all the sites that dont care about gender? I’m running several of them.

The login redirect is available in the upcoming Kleo 3.0 release.

You’re not really giving us enough info to help you. Its impossible to tell you if you’re missing something if you dont tell us what you tried and what the result was.

Basically you need to create and fb developer app here: https://developers.facebook.com/apps/ Follow the instructions on their site. After you app is created, input the required info into theme options.

The create group button is on the groups directory page. Log in with the demo acct and you’ll be able to see it here: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/groups/

Assuming you mean create topic, those forms are within each Forum at the bottom, but only if a user has access to create a topic.

The forums and groups tabs in your profile only show which groups you belong to and the topics you’ve started or replied to. That is standard for Buddypress.
