ModeratorI’ll need to look into the product stuff, but for posts, not only do you need to select audio post, but you also have to add the track to the Media section in the Audio field. It doesnt go into the Visual Editor. See attached.

ModeratorThere has to be a plugin conflict of some sort. Check out the kleo demo. It doesnt happen there.

Take a look at the screenshot. Whatever is causing this is probably the issue.
Also, the form is responsive by default.
Keep kleo active and disable all those extra plugin and turn of whatever you’re using to minify the css. Clear you cache and see if you have the same issue. If you dont, turn them back on one a at a time to find the conflict.

I think they were trying to give us the option to not link the avatar but the logic is a bit wrong. I’ll talk to them about it.

ModeratorIf you’re having problem translating Buddypress using their methods, it would make sense to ask over on their forums for help. The actual string “Search Groups…” is in /buddypress/bp-groups/bp-groups-loader.php.
But again, I suggest you ask for assistance on the bp forum. Kleo doesnt touch that search string at all.

NO. The API key is NOT the licence key. You need to log into Themeforest and set up an API key.
Log into themeforset
Go to My Account > Settings
Click on API Keys
In the label box, type in Kleo and click Generate API Key.

ModeratorIn my experience, its a plugin conflict. Again, disable ALL extra plugins, then make sure your cdn/server cache/browser cache or whatever else is causing it to load old files is fixed.

ModeratorIt wont do anything to your settings. They are stored in the db. It s COMMON practice to enable other theme while troubleshooting. If its still loading old files, that points to a cache/cdn issue.

ModeratorIts for sure why your slider isn’t working. And the fact that you have mixed versions of files in that plugin makes me think that you have problems elsewhere. I would delete revslider and reinstall it.
Again, did you try to enable another theme like the 2015 theme to see if you still have 404 errors?

Moderator@kwellafrica – Its not worth crying over. If you didnt make any changes to the files in the kleo folder (which you shouldnt have) then there’s no issue. That’s the point of the child theme. Anything you set in Theme Options is stored in the db.

ModeratorYou can see what I mean by going to your site. Right click to view source. Then search for jquery.theme. You should see two lines. Click on jquery.themepunch.revolution.js which will load that file. You’ll see that it using 4.5 not 4.6.5

ModeratorYou page is throwing jquery errors. Specifically revolution slider errors. For some reason your site is loading an really old version of the jquery.themepunch.revolution.js file. Its loading a 4.5 file even though your site thinks it has 4.6.5 version of the plugin installed.

ModeratorI had the same issue. I refreshed to stop it. The site was still in maintenance mode so I ftp the update to the server then re-activated Kleo Child (because I’m running the child theme.
