I have updated the CSS via Appearance > Editor > Style.css I can see this working on my end – does it work for you? Please clear your browser cache (Ctrl+F5).
Adjust px value in the above file as needed.

Thanks for reaching out today and sorry to hear you’re having spam issues. Dealing with this issue will require more than one method as the spammers are already registered on your site. You’ll have to identify the accounts that are sending the spam and remove them, they’ll usually have something in common, often a .ru or throw away email address.
The next step is to stop spam reaching your site, I would suggest WangGuard to block spam email addresses and Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress to stop other spam registering on your site https://wordpress.org/plugins/invisible-recaptcha/.
If you do use the latter plugin enter both required keys and only tick the registration option under the BuddyPress tab.

Thanks for reaching out, I have looked at your site and found the GeoDirectory option GeoDirectory Settings > General > Scroll to: “Allow user to see wp-admin area” was set to no. This would redirect any use other than admin back to the frontend. I have changed this option to yes for you on your behalf.
Please clear your cache(s) and let me know if this resolves your issue or not 🙂

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with bbPress and PHP. It does appear that bbPress is not 100% compatible with PHP 7 as of yet, but one if their contributors and plugin author robin-w has suggested a change to a main plugin file that may fix it (see step 3).
Whilst editing main plugin files is not recommended it would appear relatively safe to do so as the next plugin update will address the PHP 7 issue.

I have logged in and added the CSS to both the KLEO Child theme’s style.css and to Theme Options > General Settings > Quick CSS and none of the changes are coming through on the front end.
Please disable W3 Cache, clear your local cache (Ctrl+F5) and let me know if the changes appear on the front end. If the caching is very aggresive your browser may not update without all of the data (bar passwords and formdata) being cleared.

You’re right, when attempting to accept the friendship there is an issue. In the browser console I get “POST http://portalapper.com.br/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 403 (Forbidden)”.
Error 403’s are almost exclusively a host related issue, please contact your host for assistance on this matter. Let me them know that you’re getting a 403 Error when accessing admin-ajax.php
It could be your PHP version, file permissions, .htaccess or any other number of host level issues. They’ll be able to assist you with this.

Have all of the users previously logged in? BuddyPress members are not counted on the front end until they’re logged in. You can use a plugin called “User Switching” to test this with a user that isn’t appearing on the front end.
If this isn’t the case please go to Tools > BuddyPress and recount the members.

Please try clearing your browser cache completely, logging out and logging back in.
