It should work, but it doesn’t appear to show any details, please check your ThemeForest username and API key are correct.
You didn’t have K Elements installed, which is a required plugin, I have installed this for you. Please delete your website cache and browser cache and see if this clears the issue for you. Please note that mobile devices have very aggressive caching and you will likely need to clear the browser data (minus form/password data) completely to see any changes.

Thanks for your response, for ease, I will break the points down below
– The domain you listed in your ticket is running Fixer a child theme of Upfront by WPMUdev, please provide the domain where you are using and experiencing issues with BuddyApp
– 502 Errors are almost exclusively a server communication related issue. This can be server to server, server to CDN, server and client or it could simply be that the server is overloaded. You can read more about 502 errors here https://www.lifewire.com/502-bad-gateway-error-explained-2622939. You can check your server’s error logs for more information, contact your host, purge your CDN or check if the issue between you and the server by clearing out your website cache and deleting local (browser) data.
– I can look into the third party plugin issues when you have updated this ticket with the domain where you’re currently using BuddyApp

WangGuard is a respectable solution to stopping spam registrations, as is Akismet https://akismet.com/. We cannot provide you with a step by step guide for third party plugins through the support channel but there is a good article here https://www.shoutmeloud.com/wangguard-plugin-stop-wordpress-user-registration-spam.html.
You might also want to consider adding Google’s reCaptcha to the BuddyPress signup page which can be done with the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/invisible-recaptcha/.

You edit the socket text by going to
WP-Admin > Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: Footer Text (at the bottom of the page)
You can then edit the contents of the socket text area.

Thanks for reaching out, KLEO doesn’t have a setting to restrict the backend. It appears you’re restricting access via GeoDirectory > Settings > Tab: General > Scroll to: Allow user to see wp-admin area. This should be set to yes if you wish users to access the backend of your website.
Also you will need to select a different default role in WP-Admin > Settings > General > Scroll to: New User Default Role. You could select Author which would give new users access to creating and editing their posts but I would strongly recommend creating a new user role https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ that has only the very basic permissions required to complete their tasks.

Thanks for reaching out today, the issue appears to come from a domain migration that hasn’t been completed you’re calling bg-body.gif from http://goprouder.com/ and not https://www.therainbowright.com/
You’ll need to do the following
1. Backup your database (this is essential and should not be skipped)
2. Purge and temporarily disable CDN services like CloudFlare or MaxCDN
3. Do a search and replace in MySQL for goprouder.com with therainbowright.com OR you can use a plugin like Search & Replace https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-and-replace/
4. Rerun your tests after clearing website cache and browser cache
5. Enable CDN services (making sure to purge their contents)If you’re not confident with step 3 your host may be able to assist with this but it may be a premium service.
As for the BuddyBoss images it looks like you may be using JetPack, or Photon at least (in some way), you should purge this service to see if it will remove the old files.

Please download SweetDate again from ThemeForest, delete the copy you have on your website (you will have to switch to a different theme first to do this) and then reupload the new copy of the theme.

I have looked into this on versions 4.2.9 and 4.2.7 via Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and found that the issue exists locally and via the demo. When switching themes the issue no longer appears.
Because of this I will flag this ticket to our developers to look into, they’ll be in touch as soon as they can.
