Hi,

So it looks like YouTube or Elementor have made an odd choice with regards to how they now use iFrames and you’ll have to convert your standard URLs to embed URLs

Original URL
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYuCyZfkj9A

New format for URL
https://www.youtube.com/embed/aYuCyZfkj9A

Basically you need to delete watch?v= and put embed/ in it’s place

The # sign after the forward slash is perfectly fine and expected as it needs a value for the href.

Hi,

Firstly, please remove the 777 file permissions as soon as possible. You should never have 777 set for any directory.

When you receive this error are you in WP Admin > Media or somewhere else? Does switching to the default theme cause the issue to stop?

I can see your other ticket related to Smush, does this issue stop when you disable this plugin?

Hi,

The Pinterest Home Page demo uses the KLEO Posts element and can be configured by editing the page with WP Bakery, hovering over the KLEO Posts element and clicking the pencil icon.

This will load the settings / edit modal for the elements. At the top you will see a button called query, clicking this will allow you to select your post types, categories, tags etc for posts to show.

Outside of the query in the edit modal you’ll find a list of well labeled options that allow you to configure the look and feel of the element.

Once you have made your changes press save, clear website cache and refresh your page.

– Disable caching
– Switch to TwentySeventeen (install it via WP Admin > Appearance > Themes > Add New if not already installed)
– Test the plugin again and let me know if you still receive the error

It may also be worth contacting your host as there could be a timeout issue between the host and cloudflare when running operations like this on your environment.

Hi,

Are you using any custom code or plugins to handle external links or embeds in a different way? If so try disabling these to see if the issue resolves.

If this doesn’t help we need to rule out the following, clear your cache(s) and test again for each step

– Switch to SweetDate parent theme if running SweetDate Child
– Take any/all updates for SweetDate and plugins, especially Elementor (and Elementor Pro if you have it)
– Disable all plugins except for Elementor

You can try changing the hook that you’re using, bp_member_header_actions, to any of the below hooks to move this snippet around a little in the BuddyPress profile header.

bp_before_member_header, bp_profile_header_meta, kleo_bp_before_profile_name, bp_before_member_header_meta, kleo_bp_after_profile_name, kleo_bp_after_profile_image and kleo_bp_header_actions

If you’ve switched themes and the issue is still present then the issue is not SweetDate. It sounds like when the plugin was disabled it left in tact the method not to save activity types. Try turning the settings off from that plugin and then disabling to see if the issue persists after.

I would recommend reaching out directly to the plugin author for support on this issue as it almost certainly coming from that plugin and we cannot debug or fix third party plugins.

For example the URL should be

You can override this media query by using the below custom CSS in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css file via WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > KLEO Child > Style.css

This first number, 1050px, is the minimum width of the page you wish to apply the rule to. The second, 1000px, is the value you wish to constrain all containers to.

Make sure to purge your website cache, browser cache and any CDN after saving these changes.

I did not add those buttons but I have removed them for you. It looks like you may have already made changes to the button element I put in place for you. If you wish to revert these changes at any point please use the revision manager in Elementor. It is the refresh icon in the bottom left of the editor.

Hi,

I have added a button for you that has a negative top margin so it will overlay over the section above it. As you have setup the whole of the header area and the profile images as one large background image this is as good as it will be without recreating the page in a way that would be device friendly.

Hi Karen,

You can go to WP Admin > Appearance > Themes to see if you’re using the KLEO or KLEO Child theme (both of which will be named accordingly).

It is best to use the KLEO Child theme where you are making changes to style.css, functions.php or overriding any other core files in the KLEO theme.

If you have only made changes to KLEO via Theme Options then you will have no need to switch to the KLEO Child theme and updating is safe to do.

Updating KLEO has changed since the version you’re using and you will need to follow this support article to enable the new method to update the theme. We changed this as there were issues with the Envato API and users were not receiving a consistent experience when updating.

Hi,

To add a button simply edit the page and drag a button element from the left to the desired location and set the values for it (size, color etc) as desired.

Elementor does not have a default way to differentiate between logged in and logged out users to show content depending on logged in status and I unable to locate a plugin with this functionality.
