Hi,
Please update this ticket with login credentials as your site is semi-private. Also to confirm when you say BuddyPress menu are you referring to the BuddyPress Profile Tabs, the pink icons “Home”, “Forum”, “Course” etc in your screenshot?

On the right hand side of the KLEO ThemeForest page you will see a list of compatibility, these are updated with each version of KLEO. Currently we support up to the latest version, 4.9.1

We also have a changelog that defines what has been added, fixed or updated for each version release

As a general rule of thumb KLEO is updated regularly inline with WordPress, WooCommerce and BuddyPress major and minor releases as well as for fixes and features within the theme.
If you do not see a release for KLEO since a major update of WordPress or one of the supported plugins you can always reach out to us here for more information on compatibility.
Note: For live sites we recommend trialing any update, whether theme , plugin or WordPress Core on a testing server, staging site or locally before pushing any changes to live sites.

The notification bubble at the top of the menu item is an overall count of activity, messages and friend request notifications. If you would like to hide this element you can add the below CSS to your child theme’s style.css or to theme options.

There is no plugin that I know of for BuddyPress profile statistics based off of X profile fields that is still active.
You could perhaps look into making your own custom dashboard widget using the shortcodes provided within the theme (as described above) to create your own overview. You can get detailed information for any profile field that you have already created. In the Elementor editor add a new Element called ‘Member Stats’, you can find this under the ‘SweetDate’ heading (see screenshot).
Once added you should select your desired field, in your case probably gender or sex. Then enter a field value, in this case it is likely Male or Female, but it can be anything that exists as an option for the field you’re using. Next choose whether you wish to only count online members or not and save (see screenshot).
Note: to make sure this is reliable information the fields you use should be set to required. Any field that is not required will only be counted if a user has updated that field.

This is not a feature of any of our themes, however there appears to be a premium plugin that has this feature which can be found here https://www.philopress.com/products/buddyblock/.
Note: I cannot guarantee the validity of this plugin as I have not purchased or tested this plugin. You should carry out your own research to ascertain the validity and working status of the plugin

If you would like this to appear at the top change the word ‘bottom’ to ‘top’ in the CSS that I have added to your site.

I do not see this being output in the HTML, can you test to see if this is a caching issue as per your other ticket? Please clear website cache, CDN, any host level caching and purge your local cache (Ctrl+F5) to see if the issue persists?

Please can you do the following tests with a copy of your site in staging or locally, if you cannot do either of those two methods please make a backup of site content and database and try on your live site whilst in maintenance mode.
– Disable all caching
– Disable all CDN
– Disable all plugins except for K Elements, WP Bakery and WooCommerceClear your cache on the front-end, does the issue continue? If the issue does not continue this means it is being caused by another plugin. Please enable one by one and revisit the front-end each time (make sure to clear your cache each time by pressing Ctrl+F5).
Let me know how this test goes.

Thanks for reaching out to us about issues you’re having with theme options not updating. Do you have server level caching or CDN active at all? If you do please purge all of these and test your page again (Ctrl+F5).
A temporary fix that would work is using the below CSS in Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Quick CSS’
