As your godaddy wordpress managed hosting doesnt allows famous cache plugins, i installed:
-ZenCache
-WP-Optimize
-Speed Booster Pack

Updated your .htaccess for gzip compression.
Hope this helps, for more speed, you can deactivate rtmedia, if you dont need it.

Hello, we do not pre-package it, it comes from wordpress repository, with the latest update, we are not related to the plugin creator, at the plugin installation you will see rtmedia comes from the repository, not prepackaged.

Hello, try deactivating rtmedia plugin, it should speed your site, also W3 Total cache
WP Optimizer, Smush it plugin and speed booster pack

If you use P3 Plugin Profiler plugin you will be able to scan and see which plugins are slowing down your site
About the logo, ubermenu might be the issue

Hello, rtmedia is having speed issues recently, sadly we cant do much about this, but please try optimizing the site with:
WP Optimizer plugin
Smush it plugin for images
Speed Booster pack sometimes helps too
A lazy load plugin

If you could explain a bit more what happens, the membership page is because of paid memberships pro, if you have something restricted then it should redirect you to the membership page, i thinks that is what happens, try deactivating paid memberships pro?

Hello, please everyone that has a speed issue, postadmin credentials in a private reply and i will checkit out, from my experience,its rtmedia, i have a development site with KLEO, latest version, super fast, then turn on rtmedia and slow, happens with other themes as well

All i can do to help you is check it out and try to make the site fast, i am sorry for this wish i could do something but rtmedia is not something we cant change or improve, depends on them
