Hello, did you follow the video tutorial? you have a wrong setup, you need to use i am a and looking for a fields in order to work

Also, your i am a and looking for a fields should be dropdowns not radio buttons

You deleted i am a field, this one is mandatory for the theme, create it again, also, you did not setup i am a and looking for a fields at Sweetdate > Buddypress as i told you, in my first post, i said
“Hello, please check that you have well setup the gender, age and matching fiels “I am a” “Looking for a” at Sweetdate > Buddypress
Please share admin credentials if you already did check that”

You shared credentials without even checking what i told you, please we are here to help you resolve your issues not to setup your site for free

If i told you to check out Sweetdate > Buddypress, you should do that, not give me credentials so i do it myself, please. The issue is indeed at Sweetdate > Buddypress, because:
1- You deleted I am a field
2- You changed Looking for field from dropdown to a radio field
3- Your search form has only Looking for field, not I am a and Looking for, need to have BOTH
4- You didn’t select gender field. as it told you.

We are here to help, have a lot of topics to take care of, so we cant be setting up every user website, ONLY when the user already tried and followed our suggested steps. This is not what you did.

1. Go to Sweetdate > Page-parts > Copy home-register-form.php (download it to your pc)
2. Go to Sweetdate-child > Create a folder and call it page-parts > Paste home-register-form.php then edit the text and save it.

Hello, rtmedia has some loading speed issues recently, nothing related to the theme, i suggest to install a cache plugin like w3 total cache

Rtmedia is very slow right now, you could try using “plugin organizer” plugin to deactivate rtmedia at the homepage
