Hello, to translate it try using Loco Translator, when installed and activated, go to Loco Translator > Search for the theme and select your language, click SYNC and search for the string you want to translate, translate it and save 🙂
About the button functionality, try deactivating other plugins as it could be a plugin conflict

Para cambiar la página de login o de registro, ve a Páginas > Login / Registro y edítalas 🙂 Abajo verás las opciones de cambio de fondo etc
Para lo de las tareas, si no deja a otros roles, prueba con un plugin de edición de permisos, por ejemplo busca role manager, role permission manager, hay muchos, entonces podrás ver si el permiso aparece en la lista y de ese modo editar un rol y agregar el permiso

Hello, the create a group button is there, also the create a topic..
Users just need to go to yourwebsite.com/groups to see the button, it wont appear at their profile.
For forums, they cant by default, what they can do is create a topic inside a forum, and the topic form appears too, all is working properly. The current forum you have is a grupo forum, so only members can create topics there. To add a public forum you need to create it at backend so users are able to post a topic there
