Hello, is not the theme, you can check at http://laura-solanes.com/development/kleo/ its my development site, i am using kleo and at http://laura-solanes.com/development/sweetdate you can see sweetdate.
Its a demo install in a shared server ( the slow servers ) so you can see its going fast even in a shared server.
So the issue is not the theme, its usually too much plugins, or one plugin that is creating a conflict or even a bad server, but the proof is my development site, a shared server with KLEO is fast and with Sweetdate too, there are many posts explaining that is not the theme, please do read them as i did explain this many times.
You can use a cache plugin, an image optimizer plugin, cdn or deactivate some plugins.
I offer a speed service not related to the theme if you want to request it, basically it analyze the speed issue and optimize it. At laura@seventhqueen.com you can contact me.

If you want to try it yourself as i said many times, use W3 Total Cache, Smush it plugin and deactivate plugins that are not necessary.
For W3 Total Cache, activate object cache and page cache.

Hello, i do need admin credentials to check why your site is slow, please feel free to visit http://laura-solanes.com/development/sweetdate/ my personal test website where i do changes and tests, its default sweetdate installation, in a shared server ( the slow servers ) and my website loads fast.
As you can see there, if you inspect, i am using sweetdate required plugins, if my website using Sweetdate is fast in a shared hosting, using what sweetdate has in the package, then i cant reproduce your issue as in my end everything works perfectly.
