Hello, the theme changes are not overwritten with updates if you do them in the child theme, you should never modify main theme as our documentation sais.

Hello, do you mean that they can post articles pending review and they are sent to your backend? If so, try Social Articles plugin

If you mean a form to be sent to your email
You will need 2 plugins
1 to create a custom tab ta their profile and another to add the form
The form plugin is contact form or gravity forms
And the plugin to add the tab is https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-custom-profile-menu/
To create it, activate the tab plugin, create a new page and paste the contact form shortcode, now go to your menus and create a new menu, add the page to it and save it. Now go to the plugin settings ( the tab plugin) and add the menu you just created

Hello, its because it is linked to the div id “100” so in other pages as there is no div with that class it doesnt scroll down, what we can do it change it to a full link instead of just a class, so it would redirect to homepage.

Hello, those pages are created dynamically by the plugins so you would need to edit the php file, i suggest to hire a developer that can do this for you, you can use visual composer but they need to be used as an echo inside the php template

Hello, please follow these steps:
1- Go to Appearance > Menus
2- Look at the top of the page to find “Screen Options” Open it and check KLEO
3- Now you will notice that a new sidebar item appears, its KLEO, open it to find the login menu item, this one is the popup modal, add ti to your menu and save.

Now install the following plugin https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/bp-force-profile/
And activate it.
Now your users will be redirected to their profile page to complete the required fields each time they login until they have everything complete ( required fields )
