Hello, you can create a button with kleo shortcodes and add a link to the pdf file in your server ( upload the file to the main root by FTP)
Like mywebsite.com/mypdf.pdf
This as a link to the button, once users click on it they will see the pdf and be able to download it. Then you can take that shortcode and add it to the menu doin an echo.
