Since this issue it happens also using twenty sixteen WordPress theme, this issue isn’t related to the KLEO, so please ask the RTMEDIA team about this to can solve your issue, I’ve shown you in reply: 169564 a screenshot using twenty sixteen where the strings also are no translated!

1. Just go to wp-admin -> appearance -> widgets

2.That isn’t really possible cuz that implies moving the sidebar before the main column of the theme where we don’t have a quick solution for this, but you can use the header cart feature that allows you have quick view of number of the products from the cart

You can try to run a new wp install in a subdomain where you will add Kelo theme BuddyPress plugin and the share plugin to test it.

Maybe a snippet from child theme can cause that(if you have modified the theme files in the child.) Or if you have added specific BuddyPress codes in bp-custom.php from wp-content/plugins.

Only VC activated after I’ve deleted and installed it again.

After I’ve activated again rest of the plugins

I think the rocket plugin and rocket footer js can cause those kind of errors

Just replace this file content : /wp-content/themes/buddyapp/buddypress/members/register.php

with this one: https://pastebin.com/raw/aB1SDHG4

We will fix this in next theme update.

Just re-sync the buddy app theme strings in loco translate, then it should string appear untranslated.

I see that, did the plugin has some option to allow/disallow guest users to use that ?

If yes allow for all. If no just provide to me credentials to can see how it looks as logged in user.

Meanwhile you can try to update them to latest version if this is not already and to update also the rest of the plugin if updates are available, I recommend you also to test with all plugins deactivated except wocommerce and that plugin just for testing, if the issue it does not happen enable plugins back one by one until you find the problematic plugin.

I see your photos on the slider this it’s the first one, i think had to figure out how to change it.

SIDE MENU it’s displayed as it should not at bottom.

PS: The login credentials aren’t working either with lowercase.

The MailChimp plugin should be activated and to have API KEY added in it.

Also the shortcode form code hsould be the same where it’s placed

I think there is a problem related directly to the rtmedia since the issue its happens also using default wp theme, I recommend you to ask the BuddyPress media support team

My browser zooms its default ( 100% ) and even if I choose 80 or 120% zoom it’s the same.

Just I’ve de-activated all plugins except BuddyPress and I’ve accepted the friend request without any problem so one of your plugins causes, that, I think JetPack, now I will enable back the plugins to not disrupt something now for your user’s and just to this procedure.

So just de-activate all plugin except BuddyPress then activate one by one back untill you find the problematic plugin.

Altering the extra sidebar structure can be made using the next PHP snippet.

Related to the slider you can reimport it from wp-admin -> appearance -> demo content –> import and choose only the slider.

For posting automatically posts to facebook and twitter most sure you need a plugin that can do that.

For the emails check if sing-up email case exists in wp-admin -> emails

So, I’m using the plugin with the latest version of the KLEO theme and also with the latest version of the plugin and from what you can see it works ok.

You problem 404 error can be caused by a code from htaccess or by some code from functions.php file from the child theme or by some plugin, try to deactivate all except BuddyPress and BuddyPress Share Activity Plugin

Tried to login via wp-admin and also via FTP using your provided credentials but I’m not able to log in it says invalid login, wanted to install the demo for you.

Just let I know the correct login credentials and I will do that for you(importing demo content and setup theme + buddypress correctly)

Unable to figure out what causes that, anyway this isn’t related to our theme cuz the issue occurs even using default wp theme, I think it’s an internal plugin issue.
