ModeratorIn majority of cases, that it’s caused by third party plugins or by customizations from child theme
Make sure to have latest version of theme + wp + theme plugins check ( wp-admin -> appereance -> install plugins ) update for un-updated plugins.
Try to re-install wp, try to re-upload the theme.
That it’s not a theme problem!

ModeratorThere it’s no slider there it’s a section build in visual composer, you can import that page from wp-admin -> appereance -> kleo demo data.
There it’s no register form, there it’s a search form
If you want to have a register form in a page you can import home register demo

ModeratorPlease follow these steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );- After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.
After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
With the debug function activated re-upload a new image and check the error log, provide the content of the debug log file to take a look at it
Cheers

ModeratorHere it’s entire shortcode for our kleo presentation demo : http://pastebin.com/raw/81gDXuh8
Do some practice with the feature items shortcode because it haves few settings… it takes around 10 minutes to configure it in all ways… if you will do that you should be able to figure how it works and what can do

ModeratorHi,
We cannot made entire ticket public,
If you want you can send to us the plugin to can test it on our local environment, but we will add this on the improvement list and in future we will investigate this.
You can ask the plugin author what are the actions that the plugin requires to be used and to provide to me what the author says
We already uses some buddypress hooks on our register templates.Cheers

ModeratorI see,
If you de-activate all plugins do you see the same ?
If you re-install the WP this it’s solved ?
Do you have theme updated to latest version ? If you update the theme check for plugins updates in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

ModeratorHi,
If you update Kleo and BuddyPress to latest version from wp repository and also the theme plugins from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins ->
Do you encounter same issue ?
If you de-activate rest of the plugins excluding theme plugins recommandations ? you see the same ?
If you de-activate child theme using latest theme version, it works ?

ModeratorOk try to run the function from bp-custom file
So go to /wp-content/plugins/ look for bp-custom.php and paste in it, if there is no file create it
COPY CODEFirst, bp-custom.php runs from the /wp-content/plugins/ folder and is therefore independent from your theme. This is useful for adding code snippets that are BuddyPress-specific. Also, this code will always load regardless of what theme you are using.https://codex.buddypress.org/themes/bp-custom-php/

ModeratorHi, My recommendation for you for the blog question is next : You can create a page named Blog, then assign this page to be blog from wp-admin -> settings -> general ->
then edit that page with visual composer and add a grid element and pull posts...
Regarding the shop and import, by default that it's not possible you should search for a plugin that it's capable to do that
The import takes from 1 minute to 10 depends by the server resources
You can keep and use the homepage (dashboard). The guests will be redirected to login form if you have chosen to have community private.
The assistance it's not possible.
Cheers
