According to the error message, both of those values should have value increased not only one, ask to hosting to increase those

post_max_size
upload_max_filesize

Yes I saw, the thing it’s somehow odd it seems the I tags are not allowed also the font tag is not allowed

There we don’t have an example that fits in your scenario but you can inspire from the above link it’s same principle but instead the specialization and location values from our example you should pass the member role
