From what we see there it’s no problem with the theme because on our local installation and also on the demo your described behaviour doesn’t occurs.

Try to de-activate all plugins and check again

Try to re-upload again theme files.

I don’t think this kind of issue it’s directly related to Kleo, I think there was some plugins incompatibility or conflicts i saw that you have 3 fields for user avatar most sure from that it’s caused.

De-activate rest of the plugin, de-activate kleo child theme , re-upload kleo parent theme files over the existing one by overwrite them

Update Wp to latest version

For the missing slider just go to wp-admin -> appearance -> kleo demo content -> and unckeck import pages and leave checked only import slider and click import

I’ve understood this happens after you had installed some plugin ?If yes try to de-activate the plugin that you have installed recently, also please check and investigate why that profile works and the rest not, maybe it’s related to the Wp author box ?

Try to de-activate all plugins except BuddyPress to see if this is caused by some plugin
