Its not a bug. The widgets you have in your shop sidebar only work on product archive pages since they are ajax results. I’ve added a few widgets to the top that aren’t ajax related and work on your product pages. Take a look.

I just solved this issue for someone else. Turned out to be incompatible code in their kleo child functions.php file. Save all the code from the file somewhere then delete it. See if that solves the issue. If it does, add each function back one by one to find the offending code.

If you just want it for one page, you can use visual composer. It wont be exact but you can add a row background image and them the custom heading, kleo button and text field shortcodes. You’ll have to play around with the settings .

kleo 3.0 will show you a picture of the icon, but it will not show you what it will look like with the size and color options.

It will take a lot of custom coding that is beyond the scope of support. With that said, you can try using the side menu. I believe there is some code in this forum that will show you how to keep the menu open. Do a search.

That’s what I was wondering. If cometchat automatically adds it to the page, then a kleo update shouldn’t delete it. That makes no sense to me.
