Default registration can be achieved by disabling Buddypress plugin which adds it custom register page. Try looking on Buddypress forums for a solution on that.

Try to activate the parent theme for a moment and see if there is a difference

Also I see from that redirected page that those facebook and Twitter buttons don’t come from the theme so if you are using a plugin for social login it is advised to disable our theme integration from Theme options – Miscellaneous.Cheers

After you complete the creation of the APP, copy the APP ID in Theme options – Miscellaneous after you set Facebook integration to ON.

You should add it from Appearance – Menus from the Buddypress section in the left. If you don’t see it, enable it from Screen options – Buddypress
