Brett, that message is exactly what I said before. You have a revslider element on that page which needs to be deleted or edited and chosen a proper slider to show. Please do that and let me know how it goes.

It should work with both themes. I meant that if you need more adjustments other than just assigning a free level to a member type you need some development services.

Hello, ok so the error about the theme size being larger than the server allowed size should be resolved by contacting your hosting provide and asking to increase max upload size to 20M or something.

Hi, yes, that code is valid but you probably will need more than just assigning the free level to the other member types. The code should go in your child theme functions.php which I guess is already explained in that topic.

That should be done with a programmer since it is outside the scope of our support site.

Hi, Glad to hear that. There should be options in Theme options for BuddyPress related restrictions and in each page you can restrict access. For bbPress I think there are addons that allows you to do that.

Hello, make sure you import the revolution sliders that come with the theme in the theme package Demo content folder. After you import them you should go to your homepage and edit the Revslider shortcode and select the slider to use.

hi there, sorry for the late reply. You should use a newer 5.x version and that error should be related to PHP memory limit setting and you should set it to recommended 128MB. Try to talk at your hosting since that could be restricted to be changed by you.

The accent color should be found in WP ADMIN – Customizer – Styling – Main section colors – Accent color

Also if you want to recompile the theme.css file, all the colors should be found in the variables.less file.

Make sure to clear cache when testing.

Hi there, you should set WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php to see the actual error but from my experience you just need to talk at your hosting to increase PHP memory limit to recommended 128 MB

To start fresh you can use a plugin like WP Database Reset but be aware that you will lose all your data from your site like posts, pages, settings, etx

If you say that you have some codes displaying then you might need to install required plugins like Visual composer and K-elements

That website link is visible only to tou and the admins as specified when you created the post so the website is not public.

You can add a reply if you want to add more details and mark it as private if you want it visible to admins only

We haven’t updated to 4.9 since they had a problem in Safari with Columns elements, we reported it to them and now it was fixed in 4.9.1 where we need a few days to make all the elements compatible. With the new year eve we will probably releasing it in the first week of January.
