Regarding the banner area from the header.. You should test it by writing some text and see if it shows. If it does then maybe your plugins don’t generate what it needs by the shortcode… can’t help much on plugin related issues

You can customize your posts grid by editing this template from the kleo theme or if you are using the child theme, copy it into the child theme and edit it there wp-content/themes/kleo/page-parts/post-content-masonry.php

Hi, sorry for the late reply but due to holiday season there were some delays. Anyway it states you should wait normally up to 48 hours: “Support is offered Monday through Friday, but please allow up to 48hrs so we can review your request and respond.”

Hi, you should go with scenario 1 if you want users to enter profile fields at registration, otherwise use scenario 2 and let them complete their profile afterwards.
