Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorSuch gallery plugins should always have settings to override theme behaviour on their gallery elements.
If it doesn’t then please setup a demo page with a gallery and provide me a link to that page so I can see what’s happening.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorFor example, if you are using W3TC, please be aware of some reset password issues, here is the issue that other customer of ours encountered with it: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/failed-to-change-password/#post-106857

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHow can you say that all your “wordpress” emails goes right when this lost password form ( http://money.energy/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword ) it one that comes directly from the wordpress system and on which we don’t make any modifications.
The second one ( http://money.energy/registration/ ), is a page that comes from the BuddyPress plugin, and here if you really wouldn’t have any problems with your email delivery then they could only be blocked or disabled by third party plugins or with some custom modifications.
In order to demonstrate yourself that the issue you’re encountering is or not from our theme, please temporary change your theme to a wordpress default one, and try to see if with another theme your emails goes fine.
And finally, the support that comes bundled with the purchase you’ve made when you bought our theme will only cover our product and not any other plugins ( even if they are plugins that are on our recommended list ), because we simply can’t interfere with the way they work, we can just enhance the way they integrate with our theme at a design and user interface level.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThis means that you have somewhere a plugin that’s causing issues as we’re not aware of such problems in our theme.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThe emails are sent from the buddypress plugin, our theme has custom emails just for the lost-password form and even that is sent with the default wp_mail() function, so in your case most probably there is a limitation from your host, you should better ask at hosting support for more details.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorI don’t know if this is founded in our instructions, but after changing the icons library you might need to clear your transients ( some wp caching ). Please find a plugin called something like “Delete Transients” and clean them and let me know how it works.
Looking forward.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorI’m sorry, this is way to custom and out of theme support scope because most probably will require some good amount of time to understand your code, debug it and fix it.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorPlease test our members demo page ( http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/members/ ) in the plugins you’re reporting that you have issues. If everything works fine then it means the issue in your case comes either from some custom modifications ( css or templates ) or from additional plugins that might be conflicting in somehow with the masonry library.
From what I can quickly see, you also have javascript errors in your page caused by additional plugins, this is the first thing that most probably is breaking the masonry library to work properly.
Try to deactivate all your plugins beside the ones recommended by our theme and then reactivate them one by one while checking from where the issue is coming, this way you can find the plugin that breaks your site.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Cheers

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorI can’t understand what you’re meaning by “makes troubles”, please provide more details …
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThen it means you really don’t know what caching means and how it works, in this case I recommend you to deactivate them and you’ll see your site preforms just fine without them. I also insist in contacting your hosting support and ask them if you have any cache systems activated on your server and ask them to turn them off, also ask them if you have cloudflare activated and turn it of.
Without any caching your site will update instantly and you’ll not see such delay of presenting the new files.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorthis is not because of the theme, with your current site and hosting setup you will encounter such issues whatever theme you use, it’s simple, when you make new changes to site settings or theme settings they don’t appear immediately because of the caching, so you have to clear all enabled cached systems in order to see the new settings or generated files.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionFebruary 23, 2016 at 23:51 in reply to: Un-editable Visual Composer Sections Within Demo (Deprecated) #106105AndreiModeratorHi, in that notice you have a link “Proceed with Update” or smth like that, follow that and you’ll see a page with a list with the plugins you need to update, mark all of them from the right checkboxes and hit update in the bottom dropdown.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorYour site looks fine to me, it’s absolutely a cache thing, are you using cloudflare or do you have any extra caching set on your server ( ask your hoster ).

You must be logged in to view attached files.AndreiModeratorDid you cleared you browser cache as how I advised ?
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorWhat issues are you referring to more exactly ? Once I cleared my browser cache for example I could see your site without any issues.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi,
Once you use caching plugins then this becomes something you need to do each time you do any modification on your site.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorIt’s not exactly an issue, it’s how the isotope animation library renders and re-arranges your content boxes, it shouldn’t happen if for example you add more groups.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHello,
It seems you have some aggressive caching rules set up, each time you make modifications or re-save theme options please be sure you are clearing any cache options enabled on your site, check with your hoster if your server has any extra caching mechanism and if you do clear them as well and not to forget be sure you’re clearing the cache from your server. The file gets written properly on your server and the path to it is correct so there’s no real issues with it, just damn caching.
Let me know how it works.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionFebruary 23, 2016 at 19:13 in reply to: Profile picture / avatar upload error message is wrong #106016AndreiModeratorMy bad, sorry for my misunderstanding, I have tested this on my local install and I’m receiving the same message, but there’s nothing we can do as how this comes directly from buddypress.
Most probably the issue should be reported on their bug tracker.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorTry it this way:
COPY CODEfunction display_custom_events( $attr, $content = null ) { ob_start(); echo do_shortcode('[events_list scope="' . $content. '" limit=5 pagination=1 ][/events_list]'); return ob_get_clean(); }
If the pre tag is still present then it means it comes from the events_list shortcode, also be sure you’re checking the “text” source of your page content where you’re using this shortcode, maybe you copy/pasted using a pre tag.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorI have fully fixed the menu widget and the fix should be available in the next update that will come out later today or maximum tomorrow, so please wait for that update and after you install it be sure you remove any custom code or previous fixes related to menu auto-expanding or carets.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi,
Please go in your wp admin area under “Appearance > Theme Options > Quick CSS” and add the following rule in there:
COPY CODE#rtmedia-action-update * { -webkit-backface-visibility: visible !important; -moz-backface-visibility: visible !important; -ms-backface-visibility: visible !important; backface-visibility: visible !important; }
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorIf you’re referring to the theme update, I recommend you to wait for the V4, we need to fix some things quickly ( 1-2 days ).

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThanks, It’s late for today but I’ll try to find some free time to give a more in-depth look over what happens in your hosting environment, as this doesn’t normally happen, I suspect being something related either to file write permissions or something because of the custom wp-content folder.
I’ll let you know when I find out more.
