Hi @iza,

We’ve investigated the issue and it seems to be an programming error from the plugin. There is a function named “render_meta_on_cart_item” which is attached to the “woocommerce_cart_item_name” filter which echoes the content instead of returning it. Filters don’t support echoing the content, they must absolutely return an modified value.

Please provide my comment to the plugin developers and I’m sure they will know how to fix it.

1. There is no widget available to show only friends, for something like that I recommend you to search for an additional buddypress plugin with such features.

2. The shortcode that you are showing in that page doesn’t come from a plugin used by our theme, so you probably tested a plugin which generated that page and shortcode and now you removed it, so it’s just a misconfiguration from your side. For BuddyPress related pages check BuddyPress plugin settings, where you can find a tab called “Pages” where you can see the assigned pages of it.

Regarding Android WebView unfortunately we didn’t tested it under such environment and for the moment we don’t offer support for such use case.

I’ve visited your site and couldn’t replicate the ” flares/ flickers” you reported, maybe this happens just on some devices because of the advanced geometrical background effect.

You issue with wp editor in firefox might be probably because of some addon/extension that you have in your browser. Check with Google Chrome, if everything is fine there as well then the issue is from the browser.

Hi,

The fix was simple, you messed up the settings from “Visual Composer > Role Manager” and disabled the “Kleo Posts” element. I have enabled all elements for administrators and now you can use Kleo Posts without any problems.

They might look similar but the functionality behind is much more complex in the buddyapp sidemenu than in kleo, and that’s why it cannot be quickly changed in kleo.

There’s no setting to change if wordpress uses this templates or not, you can only install an email template plugin and style them similar to the woocommerce ones.

You could try to delete those “Register” menu items and add it again from the “Kleo” section, without changing any link in it.

2. You will have to use an additional plugin in order to implement more advanced redirects, I’ve recommended it before as well: https://wordpress.org/plugins/peters-login-redirect/ , it has options for logout redirect as well.

3. Please check with rtMedia addons if they have any addon that can expand the video support: https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/

4. I’m not aware of a solution, you will have to make a research and find a buddypress related plugin that provides such functionality.

5. Unfortunately BuddyPress friends can be shown only in a member page, not on other pages, again I recommend you to find some additional plugin with such features.

6. You can create and assign a custom menu in that location if you need to add more links in there.

We didn’t made any changes to our theme regarding the reset password email so it’s not from the theme update, more probably the change you’re reporting is because of some plugin changes/updates or maybe you added or deleted something. Try to remember with what plugins you’ve interacted lately that might affect this email template.

But as I’ve said previously, those email templates are part of the woocommerce functionality, and the recover email from our login popup it’s an plain text, without any template, exactly like the wordpress default one.

What you’re requesting is pretty custom, we’ve didn’t even had other customers requesting such feature.
There’s no option out of the box to change it’s behaviour and in order to do it some modifications in theme template files might be required as well as some advanced programming knowledge from your side.

Indeed the Cover Photo isn’t required anymore, we’ll consider removing it in the future, thanks for the suggestion.

About the issue with your BP Profile Search forms, in your video there is and js error in the console, most probably the file in which the error occurs comes from another plugin which isn’t compatible with bp profile search, see which plugin points you the file with the error and deactivate that plugin, at least temporary to see if the issue goes away.

We’ve used bbPress because it’s very popular, but you can use any forum plugin that suits your needs.

On theme update we also include new versions of Visual Composer, but more recently if you have set up the automatic theme update from theme options you might get new versions of the bundled plugins even quicker.

Please try to find and translate the untranslated strings from theme options with Loco Translate and let me know if it works. The 100% translate might be referring only to the frontend of your site, not to the theme options panel.

The posts marked sticky appears as sticky only in default wordpress listing pages such as category pages, blog page, or any other post archive page.

When you’re using an custom query to list your posts on the front page you can make selections by tags, so I recommend you to add a certain tag to your posts and filter them as advised from the homepage visual builder listing elements.

You can only achieve this with the proper usage of categories, create 2 main categories which will contain subcategories with the structure you need under each section.

Hi,

We’re using the default wp_email to send emails, and that’s how the emails are formatted by default.
The nice formatted email you get comes from WooCommerce and you get it only when you use the reset or register functions that comes from WooCommerce.

For having nicer email templates for the default wp emails you can use a plugin for doing that, you can start by using the one Radu mentioned above or you can try to find a similar one.
